Once we have decided on the recipe, got the ingredients ready and turned up the volume on our stereo, the brewing process looks something like this:

When masterminding beers that are going to change the face of the beer industry, you need a centre of operations to match.
Thankfully, we've found our brewery – AKA BrewDog's parlour of chaos – to be up to the task and our Aberdeenshire HQ is quickly becoming the epicentre of a new wave in craft brewing in the UK.
Or, in layman's terms, it's where the “magic”* happens.

The BrewDog brewery sits amidst the harsh and rugged landscape of North East Scotland. We do everything on site, from taking in the best raw materials and to shipping the packaged craft beer. We are rocking a 50HL Brew House, which is powered by energy drinks and loud metal music brews round the clock. We have 2300Hl of fermentation capacity ranging from our original 20HL uni-tanks to our imposing new 200HL tanks. We also bottle onsite with our 12 head rotary bottle filler, casks and kegs are filled by hand. In 2010 we shipped 15,000 HL of beer from our Aberdeenshire HQ, changing people's perceptions about beer, one bottle at a time.
*Please note that the use of the word “magic” can denote anything from the employment of penguins to plotting the downfall of Western civilisation.
