BrewDog enthusiastically announce we have appointed Des Mulcahy as our Operations Manager, Des will also join our small management team. As BrewDog's aggressive 2009 plans evolve this emphasises our commitment to expansion and our dogged determination at bringing you the best beers all the time, every time.

Muscling onto the beer scene 18 months ago as a founder of the acclaimed ‘Beer Exposed', Des has proven ability not only managing enormous projects but also at challenging the established broken and distressed perceptions of what beer should represent. A successful past in a variety of industries supported by an unbreakable attitude will bring with it an uncompromising support base to continue our growth and build towards our future plans.

In the time honoured BrewDog tradition, the interview mainly involved Des being quizzed on his favourite quotes. They were:
