2008 Beer Writer of the Year Zak Avery has put together a terrific food and beer pairing for our How to Disappear Completely. In the video Zak gives you a great recipe as well as discussing our extreme little 3.5% grandiloquent hop bomb.

Another 3.5% IPA is brewed by Ridleys (under green king now) and is called Ridleys IPA

Please say it is going to be a regular. It is so easy to drink despite the intense bitterness.

Its one of the most interesting beers iv ever tasted. Got a few bottles myself and its just fantastic!
