New Tanks = More BrewDog beer

More tanks=more Brewdog beers. Introducing our latest investment in stainless steel. The revolution continues......

Early this week we took delivery of another 2 fermentation tanks to further increase our capacity and enable us to keep up with the demand for our hardcore beers.

The 2 new 200HL tanks from Italian supplier Velo will be located outside. Builders are in the process of building a custom structure to secure the tanks.

The tanks hold up to 60,000 bottles of BrewDog each.  The purchase is also an investment with our new brewery very much in mind. The tanks will be perfect for slotting into our new system as will the batch of 100HL tanks we recently installed.

The new tanks are another key development in the ongoing growth and expansion of BrewDog. We are now up to 18 fermentation tanks in total. The next stage of our expansion is our new Brew-House which arrives in 3 weeks time.

  • De Clerck, we managed to secure some external storage, which despite our issues with space, has enabled us to expand. Part of being a businessman is solving problems which are in your companies path. The external storage we managed to secure has made this expansion possible. James, BrewDog

  • A few blogs back these guys were complaining they were losing part of their site and expansion was impossible. Now they are installing 2 more tanks, which are way too big for their wee mini brewerys production. More lies from these fantasists and their exaggerated nonsense.

  • Saw the Velo crew kitting out the new Thornbridge plant last month; pretty impressive. More BrewDog is impressive, too. Particularly if it puts a Punk keg tap into every Castle Rock pub :-)

  • Beautiful! What is your production capacity up to now? Daniel
