Zephyr Labels Printed
This week, whilst the boys were busy making beer for what seems like the whole of the USA, I popped into the Print Studio to silk screen print the Zephyr labels.
You can read more about the fruity delights of this very special brew here.
After much concentration and ink splattering, I whipped up 250 of these little strawberry red on white beauties.
Silk screen printing by hand means each piece is intrinsically individual, having its own unique DNA of inky impression, making each bottle a little piece of art in its own right.
BrewDog loves Art.
Silk screen printing the labels in this way is slow and labour intensive, which is why BrewDog is the only brewery in the world to hand print its special edition labels.
Each label was then painstakingly (literally, I have the paper cuts to prove it) trimmed by hand and are now ready to be sent off to the Brewery to be glued to the bottles of Strawberry infused loveliness.
Leave the Strawberries and Cream to Cliff and his cardigan-wearing mates at Wimbledon.
Cool kids have tattoos and get their Strawberry fix with a bottle of Zephyr.
Keep checking back for the release announcement and more details on how to get your paws on this fruity little number.

- If this is art I am Jack Vettriano. Tired cliched juvenile nonsense, mind you that description will also apply to this over hyped and underwhelming apology for a beer. Vincent13.05.2009
- What a lovely label. Is it churlish to point out that strawberries isnít a proper name so should not be capitalised? Robbie07.05.2009
