We are excited to announce our latest Dog' Dinner at Musa! This team we will be pairing BrewDog beers with an Asian inspired menu put together by our Head Chef Dave More.

The menu looks something like this:

Haggis and apricot spring rolls with a sweet chilli jam
Scallop and cured salmon sashimi with ginger and soy
Spiced pork belly, sticky rice and chinese garlic sauce
Paradox Peking Dust
Fresh exotic fruits in spiced syrup with mango sorbet

(A Vegetarian option will be available too!)

James and Martin along with other members of the BrewDog team will be on hand to talk you through the beers and provide a unique insight into our brewing philosophy.

7pm on Tuesday April 26th April

For the BrewDog Asian Beer Dinner we will have 5 courses of food and 6 beers being presented.
