BrewDog Hillhead Bookclub Takeover

The Hillhead Bookclub is no stable of monotomy , since it’s rejuvenation from an old cinema- bar Sam, Aaron and the crew have been providing Glaswegian west enders with awesome beer, ace food and retro videogames !

On October 18th we’re hi-jacking the dining room and holding court for a Dogs Dinner with a twist. Each course has been prepared with a combination of BrewDog beers to compliment the dishes.
Following a run through of our beers and what we do by Jonny from the Sales team, you’ll sit down to 3 courses each prepared with a combination of beers from our kick-ass range.
Here’s the menu to get your appetite going:
it started with....
devilled libertine baby back ribs, apple & walnut ‘slaw
chicken liver pate, tactical nuclear chutney, toast
hardcore ipa beef shin & bone marrow bon bon
tipsy mussels, zeitgeist & caramelised onions
the main event...
dogma braised beef short rib, dauphinois, glazed parsnips

- have you already thought about opening bars in germany?
would be really nice to see one herepenguin15.10.2012 - Any chance you could do one of these Dogs Dinners in Edinburgh or Dundee. Glasgow is just a bit of a stretch to get to, esp. on a school night! AndyM15.10.2012
- Can you do this in the North West please? Sure there's plenty of accomodating restaurants in Liverpool/Manchester (I'm looking at you HOST with your beery/asian fusion pairing evenings...) Gaz15.10.2012
