BrewDog TV Show

If BrewDog made a TV show. Then it would be something like this.

We are currently doing some TV work with Channel 4 which is great but sadly not beer related. What we really wanted to do is to make a craft beer TV show. And we made a little pilot. So, if you are a hot shot TV executive who wants more craft beer on the telly box then get in touch.

You can watch it full screen here on vimeo https://vimeo.com/41676412

Oh, and you guys can help us here too. If you like the pilot and would watch the show, please leave a comment below. The more support we can show the TV networks for a craft beer program, the more chance we have of getting it on air. At the moment, the ones we have spoken to, don't think there would be a big enough audience for a beer TV show.

You can see more of our videos here: http://www.brewdog.com/tv

AWESOME! The craft beer world needs a show with none other than brewdog. You have the support from thebrewheads.com (USA). Let us know what we can do! Cheers.

Craft Beer TV. Sounds better than the mass produced stale cr*p we have to put up with at the moment. Sound familiar?
The_Lady_Sybil 10.06.2012 @ 9:40pm
This has to happen. *loves hard*

gwooding 08.06.2012 @ 10:10pm
Informative and entertaining. This is a must do!Ready and waiting to watch more!!!!!
Chris W 08.06.2012 @ 1:05pm
I know I've burbled this at you during tastings over the last few years, I'd be glad to help make things happen with the BBC. I suspect the format might need a bit of tweaking to fit within Editorial Guidelines and to make sure you weren't giving your own beers "undue prominence" (you'd face that problem with any UK broadcaster). Drop me a line if I can help [email protected]
zchall23 07.06.2012 @ 8:20pm
That looks fantastic. Besides, it isn't just beer; you guys are hilarious and entertaining!
Steven S 07.06.2012 @ 4:19pm
Loved it guys ... feeling strangely thirsty now :p
William B 07.06.2012 @ 12:25pm
This is a programme that needs to be made. It's part of the cure! Only, please make sure it's available on the likes of freeview and not exclusive to the scumbag Murdoch empire!!May the craft be with you.
DrRoxxo 07.06.2012 @ 12:18pm
The trailer got me all hyped! Beer! Lesbians! BEER!I'd definitely watch the show!Btw, have you thought about making a kickstarter project, collecting money from fans & then producing everything yourself? As a plan B, ofc.
Robocop 07.06.2012 @ 10:54am
Incredibly good idea! Get this made!
Jimmi T 07.06.2012 @ 9:42am
@Simone - nah, I think you should take it as kudos - they needed some clips to show the general idea of introducing people to beer on the streets - and they found you two to be some of the more photogenic and entertaining ones. :-)Also, it's a lot harder to get a forthcoming and natural response from people on the street who actually have no idea what the "host" is talking about - they'll be more reserved and careful - so I actually wouldn't buy the "Craft beer virgins" title on the clip - but it's better than hiring actors. ;-)
Chris H 07.06.2012 @ 9:39am
A BrewDog TV show? Its shall aid in bringing real beer to the masses. Let it be so!
Steven F 07.06.2012 @ 5:09am

Beardspunk 07.06.2012 @ 12:12am

Tarsila 06.06.2012 @ 11:58pm

jodiedoubleday 06.06.2012 @ 10:21pm
MAKE THIS SHOW. I will watch it every week :)
OleFattGuy 06.06.2012 @ 9:45pm
Yup, I'd watch it! +1 on the idea to:"get Discovery channel to sign you up for a European Brew Masters". I enjoyed that even though that DogFishHeadGuy whatshisnameagain is just too much. I'd much MUCH rather watch the BrewDogs. And I love the dialect. Would sell like umm craft beer in Sweden!
Simone 06.06.2012 @ 9:41pm
Beer virgins?! I think not. Not many girls would name Cantillon Rose de Gambrinus and Struise Dirty Horse as their favourite beers like Babs and I did that night. Or maybe you think we are because we didn't choose BrewDog beers as our faves ;)
svan 06.06.2012 @ 9:31pm
I'd definitely watch this. If it falls through, why not tunr it into an internet-show?
jorob 06.06.2012 @ 9:00pm
Personally i would concentrate on making good beer, consistently. Let the beer do the talking. Less of the childish flafing around .
Huib 06.06.2012 @ 8:46pm
Will extend my (Dutch) tv package to include the channel where it'll be broadcasted, just to be able to watch this :)
@JuhaStrm 06.06.2012 @ 8:38pm
Totally Awesome, I'd definitely watch! And Dogfish Head had a series on Discovery, so why not Brew Dog?
øyvind 06.06.2012 @ 8:31pm
Would definitely watch!
tdtm82 06.06.2012 @ 8:29pm
Michael Jackson's The Beer Hunter was the last great beer programme on tv. Well over due.
Robbo 06.06.2012 @ 8:12pm
I'd definitely watch. No doubt some of the other beer companies who spend so much on advertising would object though.
Victor S 06.06.2012 @ 7:58pm
It seems a really good idea... I'll definitely watch this show, so hopefully you will air it in Mexico.
Bams 06.06.2012 @ 7:58pm
Belgium's got Tournee generale, But that's only belgian ales. a worldwide craftbeershow would be great!
Glasgow dunc 06.06.2012 @ 7:55pm
I would love a show like this.
Jimmi T 06.06.2012 @ 7:51pm
Absolutely love it! Really want to see more of this - nice mix of fun and some insight. The Mikkeller stuff was a particular favorite - watching James half-choke on other stuff than a handful of dried hops... Funny how I thought when first watching the trailer that the only Danish bit would be the glass with "Nørrebro Bryghus" visible through. Quite liked all those Copenhagen bits - not least taking the bicycle emphasis of the city and doing something with it. :-)
punki 06.06.2012 @ 7:24pm
Great, would definitely watch it!
Ermine Street Project 06.06.2012 @ 7:22pm
Brilliant! If this doesn't get picked up then our forthcoming online TV Channel would love to make this!
Haggiwaggi 06.06.2012 @ 7:09pm
Great idea. I would watch this, even if it was on Dave
therulingglass 06.06.2012 @ 7:08pm
Anyone who wouldn't watch this should be shot like a bottle of Budweiser.
noonpanan 06.06.2012 @ 7:08pm
great idea, hopefully someone takes this idea up.
Steve Armstrong 06.06.2012 @ 7:08pm

DunkTheMonkfish 06.06.2012 @ 7:01pm
I would watch it!
Jason B 06.06.2012 @ 5:40pm
why not just do it as an online show?
Bracken's Bitches 06.06.2012 @ 5:13pm
Well now you have to make one episode where you come to Dallas and hang out with your fan club. Plenty of new breweries popping up here also. This is classic.
Brad 06.06.2012 @ 5:11pm
link sent to a hot shot tv exec, must be made! :)

make this happen, people would watch
Josh 06.06.2012 @ 11:45am
Is this Jackass for the craft beer generation?I'm sure I'd watch it, but then feel a bit dirty and sullied by what looks like a bit of a crap montage of 'wacky' moments. Having said that.. it does have Mikkeller in!
mattybabsy 06.06.2012 @ 11:41am
YES
ogrimstad 06.06.2012 @ 11:39am
Bloody brilliant! I'd buy the whole series! This would be to drink programmes what Monty Python's Flying Circus was to TV comedy..
GerardWard 06.06.2012 @ 10:35am
Yes! How could people be happy drinking any of the mass-produced bland bollockscrap when they see how actual beer is made? Passion (in all matters) makes for great entertainment. Please get this going.
William W 06.06.2012 @ 10:24am
I'd watch that. In fact I'd pay to watch that. How about an Equity for Punk TV Show Producers?
AndyT 06.06.2012 @ 10:19am
It's like American Chopper for fans of real beer....or Mythbusters for fans of destroyers of fake beer :) Good work lads. That pilot alone is better than 90% of the shite that Discovery show every day. Needs to be made....
Crippto 06.06.2012 @ 10:18am
Would watch that. Like your beer, this looks better than all the bland crap on the market.
thys 06.06.2012 @ 10:16am
There are so many other alcohol programmes, even one about moonshiners in the Southern US. I think that Discovery would be a great place to approach to do something about the running of the brewery, or even a documentary about moving into the new place. Which could also include you guys trying new beers and showing different methods of beer production, which would be really interesting.
Tom A 06.06.2012 @ 10:12am
Oh, so they don't think people will watch a craft beer programme, but it's ok for them to make endless amounts of wine programmes! It's beer fascism, and I won't stand for it.
Cstewart 06.06.2012 @ 10:02am
Why not just get Discovery channel to sign you up for a European Brew Masters? They did it for a bunch of the Bigger Craft Breweries in the States.
SIMON 06.06.2012 @ 10:00am
IS FUCKIN AWESOME... ME, MY MOTHER, MY FATHER, MY 6 BROTHERS AND 8 SISTERS GONNA WATCH IT!!!! ;)PS. FORGOT ABOUT MY GRANDPARENTS FROM MY DAD SIDE, FROM MY MUM SIDE ARE DEAD BUT I AM SURE THEY WOULD ALSO WATCH IT... ;)
GGdan 06.06.2012 @ 9:48am
