We are enormously excited to be able to announce that as of right now we have teamed up with Darren Packman (of www.beersweden.se) to help promote our range of hardcore craft beers in Scandinavia.

Darren will be travelling around Scandinavia tasting and talking about BrewDog’s convention-blurring beers and trying his best both on and off-line to get as many people as possible enlisted in the craft beer revolution, starting this weekend, in Linköping at the opening session of Beer Expo 2011! Hi role will combine being our Scandinavian brand ambassador and also look after our brand development in the on-trade.

In Darren’s own words: ‘To be honest when we first discussed the idea of working together over a hot mash tun while brewing Ingrid things just clicked. After all, James and Martin, the co-founders of BrewDog are fanatically determined to spread the word of craft beer around the world by brewing some of the most exciting and innovative beers out there. The fact they offered to make me business cards with the title ‘Scandinavian Top Dog’ had nothing to do with it. Ok, maybe it did. A little bit.’
