With Equity for Punks shares selling like hotcakes we have increased the amount of shares available from £4m to £4.25m to ensure as many people can invest in our company as possible. The offer is limited at 5 million Euros and now that we have raised the amount to £4.25m we will be raising the maximum amount possible.

Demand for our shares has been phenomenal and we now have over 12,000 Equity Punk investors and we have raised £3.7m on the current share offering. As we were on course to be massively over-subscribed long before the share offer officially closes (22nd January 2014) we wanted to slightly increase the amount of shares available, so as to disappoint as few people as possible.
