We are hiring! New Sales Openings at BrewDog
BrewDog is growing. Quickly. We have come along way from 2 humans and 1 dog in 2007. Consequently we have many opportunities for bright, passionate people to join our team and have an opportunity to develop professionally as the company continues to grow. We also offer great packages for personal and professional development.
We are determined to make other people as passionate about great craft beers as we are and completely redefine the UK beer industry. And we want you to help us!
Here are the current sales & marketing positions we are recruiting for:
Head of Sales
We are looking for an experienced head of sales/sales director with over 3 years experience running a sales team and a sales operation for a dynamic, fast growing business. The successful candidate will be dynamic, focused and have extensive experience in managing people and putting together a comprehensive sales strategy and then successfully implementing that strategy. We are also looking for someone with experience of managing national accounts in the UK as well as managing international customers.
UK On-Trade Account Manager
We are looking for something with extensive sales experience within the UK on-trade. This does not need to be within the beer industry and as long as you have a great track record in selling to national UK on trade customers get in touch. In this role you would look to develop what remains until now a very underdeveloped market and look to increase both sales and awareness of BrewDog beers across the UK.
All applicants should have good experience in managing key accounts at a national level and a solid track record of growing brands and sales within this space.
UK Off-Trade Account Manager
We are looking for something with extensive sales experience selling to the biggest UK multiples. This does not need to be within the drinks industry, as long as you have a great track record in selling to and managing national retail accounts in the UK we want to hear from you.
In this role you would be responsible for maintaining and developing our existing national retail sales as well as looking to increase this through adding new customers, selling new lines through our existing customers and working closely with them to not only grow our sales but develop the craft beer category in the UK.
European Business Development Manager
Export sales in Europe currently account for most of our revenue. BrewDog is doing very well in Italy, France and just starting to grow rapidly in Germany and Spain. We are looking for someone to spend extensive time in European markets, work with our key import partners in each of these countries and ensure our importers, distributors and retailers have all they need to continue to grow sales strongly and continue getting more and more people passionate about great craft beer.
Applicants should have a huge passion for craft beer, be great at hosting and organising tastings and other events as well.
Scandinavian Business Development Manager
3 of our top 5 customers are based in Scandinavia – Sweden, Norway & Finland with Denmark hot on their heels. Since the Scandinavian markets are so key to BrewDog we want to have someone stationed there full time ensuring we continue to grow there as quickly as we have been doing. The role will involve working with our key import & distribution partners to ensure they have all the information and tools they need to grow sales, putting together sales & marketing strategy for our continued development in the region and putting an events plan in place to grow awareness of BrewDog.
We are ideally looking for someone who is currently based in Scandinavia or would be willing to relocate to Scandinavia.
Asian Business Development Manager
BrewDog is currently going from strength to strength in Japan and is growing strongly in China, South Korea, Thailand & Malaysia. The role will involve working with our key import & distribution partners to ensure they have all the information and tools they need to grow sales, putting together sales & marketing strategy for our continued development in the region and putting an events plan in place to grow awareness of BrewDog.
We are ideally looking for someone who is currently based in China or Japan or would be willing to relocate to China or Japan.
North American Business Development Manager
The USA & Canada are becoming ever more key to our BrewDog. We are looking for someone to be based in the USA as our business development manager. This role differs from the other business development manager roles internationally as we will be looking for the successful applicant here not only to grow sales but also to help us look to establish a BrewDog bar presence in America and also help us continue to source amazing American craft beers to sell in our bars in the UK.
The role will also involve working with our key distribution partners to ensure they have all the information and tools they need to grow sales, putting together sales & marketing strategy for our continued development in the region and putting an events plan in place to grow awareness of BrewDog.

- Hi BrewDog,
My name is Rodrigo Hernanz, i studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Salamanca and now i am studying Industrial Organization Engineering at the University of Valladolid. I have the opportunity to practice business in Europe through the Erasmus program practices and, as i am a beer lover, i really would like to know if there is any possibility of working for you. I lived in Scotland for 9 months as an erasmus student and i really liked the country and the scottish way of living.
Hoping to hear from you
As far as I understand, you're only looking for additional sales personnel. Is there some room for Apprentice Brewers? I am a German 23-year-old who's passionate about beer. Currently, I am working on my bachelor's degree in English and German Language and Literature, and I discovered home brewing a few years ago. Thus, I'd love to become a professional brewer, which is why I am looking for breweries that accept apprentices.
This sounds awesome, i love yours beers, and it will be really cool if i can do something like that, i am from holland and i am 31 years old and passionate about beers, i work at the moment at a beer wholesale in Asten called multibier weve got around 1500 beers but my favourites at the moment our your beers the flying dog ones and all small brewers that experiment with all sorts of ingredients.
Hopefully i will hear soon from you guys!!
Cheerio and brew on!!
