The word on the street is that our 2010 collaboration with our great friend Mikkel from Mikkeller (www.mikkeller.dk) is now bottled and ready to rock.

The Devine Rebel 2010 edition amplifies everything. More malt, more hops, more oak and more alcohol than last year's edition. It sees 2 of Europe's most experimental, boundary pushing brewers join forces to produce a rebellious beer that combined their respective brewing philosophies.

This is a 13.8% barley wine, brewed with a single hop variety (Nelson Sauvin) and fermented with a champagne yeast. Post fermentation this beer was partially whisky cask aged and partially aged in the conditioning tank on toasted French oak chips.
