Delivery to mainland UK addresses usually takes 3 - 5 working days, but we endevour to deliver earlier than this where possible. Off-Shore UK addresses take a little more time however.
Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world take longer depending on customs. You will be given a tracking reference when placing your order, feel free to get in contact at any point if you are having dificulties tracking your orders.

Returns / Refunds
If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 7 days of the purchase. If no replacement is available, please see our standard returns policy below.
Standard Returns Policy:
If goods are to be returned to BrewDog, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 7 days of purchase. A collection will be made and you will be refunded in full for the order, including initial order delivery costs, once the goods are received back into our warehouse.
If goods are returned after this 7 day period, a collection will be made, but the cost of doing this will be passed on to the customer. Once the goods are received back into our warehouse you will be refunded in full for the items purchased, but not for the delivery charges incurred.
If there is a problem with your order you must inform BrewDog within 7 days of receipt of the order, BrewDog accept no liability for issues with orders received and unchecked outside of this period.

BrewDog has a 60 days from purchase refund policy for all items if returned in a resalable condition. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.
Equity for Punks
To claim your equity for Punks discount, just enter your code at the checkout on the BrewDog shop online, or flash your discount card in one of our bars to claim it there. Easy!
Lost your discount card? No worries! For EFPI and EFPII, replacement shareholder ID cards are £10 and you can email email@example.com to arrange for one. EFPIII shareholder cards will be sent out at the end of the share offering early 2014. In the meantime you can show your proof of purchase to claim your 5% in our bars, and email firstname.lastname@example.org for your online shop discount code.
If you've forgotten your online shop discount code, send a note to Zarah@brewdog.com with your shareholder details and she’ll sort you out.
*Please note, we are unable to apply shareholder discounts retrospectively, so please ensure you have entered your code before completing the checkout process.
