Can I buy a mixed case?

Yes – all beers are available to buy by the bottle on our online store. Just add various single bottles to your shopping cart, et voila – you have instant mixed case awesomeness! Too lazy for that? We also have ready to rock mixed cases available here: http://www.brewdog.com/product.php?id=14

 

The Beer I want is not in stock!

Just drop an email to dan@brewdog.com who will update you as to when a specific beer will be back in stock. Because we are operating at capacity there will be times when certain beers are not available online. The upside is that the beers basically came out of the tank, through the bottling machine and straight to your doorstep ensuring maximum freshness!

 

What happens if I am not in when my BrewDog is delivered?

  • After you place your order, you can contact us to leave it in a safe place such as the greenhouse or coalbunker or you can nominate a neighbour to take the delivery.
  • If there is nowhere to leave it then we can leave the contact details of the local depot and you can get in touch directly to rearrange delivery. Our couriers will advise you of the hours that they operate and when they may be able to re-deliver in your area.

 

Payment Methods

We have launched a new payment system that lets you choose to still pay by PayPal or remain on the BrewDog site and use your credit card.

PAYPAL
To pay with your PayPal account, checkout as normal and then choose the PayPal option.  You will be taken to the PayPal website where you need to login and confirm your delivery address before returning to the BrewDog website to confirm your order.

CREDIT CARD
To pay with your credit card, checkout as normal and choose the credit card option.  You must then select a delivery address to determine your shipping costs.  Finally you are asked to enter your card details and contact phone number before confirming your order.

As you would expect, we use SSL encryption to protect your data and we do not store your credit card details once the order has been processed.

Changing or amending your order

We are more than happy to make changes (such as the type and quantity of beer you have chosen, the delivery address etc) as long as the change is made within 24 hours of placing your initial order. Since we want to provide you with as fast a service as possible, orders do not hang around for long!

 

Delivery

Times, regions and duration

  • We deliver up to 24 bottles of our hardcore beers anywhere in the Mainland UK for £7. We then charge an additonal £7 for every additional case (up to 24 bottles)  Delivery to NI, Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles for £12.
  • T-shirts and merchandise can be delivered for £3. However if beer is added to the order the shipping will be £7 total. The shipping rate calculator automatically selects the lowest tariff based on what you order.
  • Delivery to European countries is £25 for up to 24 bottles
  • Delivery to the rest of the world is £60 for up to 24 bottles
  • Live abroad but want to buy beer as a gift for friends or family? We accept non-UK credit cards. All you need to know is your recipients UK postal address.
  • Delivery Times: We normally deliver Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 7.00pm.
  • We deliver 99% of our orders in 5 to 6 working days (If you live in the Highlands or Islands or outside the UK, this may take a little longer)
  • Additional delivery charges may apply on some large orders.  You will be notified with 24 hours of placing your order if applicable.

 

Refunds and returns

In the unlikely event that your BrewDogs were damaged in transit we are more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please contact one of our friendly members of staff via telephone or email to allow them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
