Senior Brewer

Description

Role includes overseeing all aspects of the brewing process, working closely with our head brewer and production manager to ensure epic craft beers are brewed in good time. Assist in the recipe design of limited release beers and help brainstorm new brewing horizons. You will be responsible for managing brewery shifts and co-ordinating the activities of assistant brewers. You will have experience in supervisory roles and be capable of overseeing and optimising all process brewing, from fermentation to maturation and filtration.

Experience

• University degree in either Chemistry, Brewing, Distilling or another relevant field.
• At least one years experience in a supervisory position in a brewery or fast paced beverage environment.

Details

• This is a full time salary paid position at our new brewery in Ellon, Scotland.
• 48 hours per week on a three shift system.
