Brewing Apprentice

Description

Join our brewing team and expand your knowledge on all things beer with fully supported and paid for courses through the globally recognised Institute of Brewing and Distilling, and Cicerone - the most respected beer sommelier qualification on the planet. This is an entry level job with great opportunties to further your career in brewing. You will assist the brewing team in all aspects of the brewing process and help create some of the best craft beers on the planet. Contribute to the recipe design of limited release beers and help brainstorm new brewing horizons. Beards optional.

Experience

• No experience necessary, just an appetite for great craft beer and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working in a brewing environment a plus but not essential.

Details

• Full time positions available on a three shift pattern system.
• Competitive hourly rate and an extensive personal development program which will see you a qualified junior brewer at BrewDog in 18 months time.
• Located at our new brewery in Ellon, Aberdeenshire.
