Our passion for perfect products extends into everything we do and serve within our bars and this is where you come in! By crafting the best food around you will help bring a further dimension and excitement to beer and help make people even more passionate about great craft beer.

Since we opened our first bar in 2010 thousands of people have experienced the joys of the best beer the world has to offer and paired that with tasty delights to tickle the taste-buds. By cooking up a storm as part of our kitchen team you are providing the backbone for food and beer pairing, being the guide to our guests as they taste the delights of what food and beer can bring.

Working within one of our kitchens is not just another job, it can be the start of an amazing career. Both of our Area Chefs have progressed through our Kitchens. This is where it can all begin and we will support you to get where you want! The Cicerone® programme will help you achieve Craft Beer greatness, and we will reward you for passing. We also offer epic professional development opportunities such as ILM level 3 and Customer Service Management Training.


  • We are looking for friendly, adaptable and team-orientated people.
  • Any experience in or knowledge of the craft beer industry will stand you in good stead, but comprehensive beer training will be provided.
  • All applicants will be expected to prove that they hold at least a Level 2 Food Hygiene
  • A love of food and cooking is vital!
