We're looking for a creative, talented and hard-working person to blow shit up, deliver brilliant design concepts and bring a new level of skill and expertise to the Creative Services team.


As a custodian of the BrewDog brand, you’ll deliver world class design work across internal and external briefs, from initial concepts through to final artwork. As part of the Creative team, you’ll be involved in conceptualising key creative ideas, campaigns and treatments across multi-discipline projects, in a variety of channels. These may include, but aren’t limited to; print, digital, packaging, events, brand, and PR. You’ll quickly build relationships and actively participate in the delivery of challenging projects across the business, overseeing physical collateral or project delivery where appropriate

Despite the varied and exciting workload, we’re a happy and positive team who always make time for fun and love getting together for a beer (after work).


You’ll have a minimum of five years experience in agency, or similar roles. You have experience in delivery of creative concepts, campaigns and projects, from brief to delivery. Ideally, you’ll have FMCG experience, although food & beverage knowledge works too. Bonus points for experience working for an innovative challenger brand.

You’ll be a master of Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop primarily, although additional skills in motion graphics/animation will be useful. You’ll be comfortable in digital design, and a basic knowledge of digital photography is essential.

You’ll have a lot on your plate, so it’s crucial that you’re highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail, communicate well, and can work autonomously when required.

It almost goes without saying, but you’ll have creative flair, originality, and be confident in articulating your design choices. We’re a brewery, so it’s also useful if you have an interest in beer!
