Discovering more about craft beer is an adventure – one often pursued at home or sat at your favourite bar counter, chatting to the bar staff. But sometimes you have to pick up sticks and get moving. The humble pub crawl is about discovery and these days it has come of age thanks to smartphones and interactive apps. We totally dig this, so have partnered with the amazing guys at Beer Adventures on an interactive guided tour of our six London BrewDog bars.

Beer Adventures was started by a card-carrying BrewDog Equity Punk, and the tours are available on iOS and Android. They are more than just a walk between a few bars with a beer in each; the London tour starts at BrewDog Shoreditch and moves through the rest of our bars at whatever pace the people involved want to take. No stress, no hurrying – we love this the most.

In order for as many people as possible to discover just what BrewDog are about, the tour involves suggested beers and pointers about our history with each stop, and as you progress from Shoreditch onwards you can check in to our bars and unlock a few BrewDog-related surprises. Plus there are trivia questions linked between everyone’s phone so you can run your own beer geek contest as you go!

Whether you are new to London, on holiday there or just a local wanting to pound the streets (or Underground) to join up our BrewDog bars, we figure this is the tour for you. Next time a new beer launches why not hit all of the bars in a day to check out how they serve it up? Or maybe work your way through our burger menu in a single day (we are not sure if anyone has ever done this).

The Beer Adventures BrewDog tour can be downloaded right here and many of our non-London bars are in there too, on some of the other tours the guys run. We know that everyone has a local – but sometimes you need to get out there to experience just what else is on offer. Like half a dozen bars spread across the most vibrant beer city in Europe, for instance.
