BrewDog Brewery Master Tour with Jason Pond

Friday 30th August 3-6pm. Ellon. Book your tickets here

This three hour experience will provide a complete in-depth tour of our pilot kit, original and newer brewhouses and our state of the art canning line. Jason will guide you through the brewing process at depth, including all of our equipment, packaging process, control rooms and how our technology works, as well as discussing BrewDog’s learnings as we grow as a company. You will also touch on quality before finishing with a sit down tasting/ Q&A with Jason.

The tour features 6 tastings, including beer straight from the tank.

BrewDog OverWorks Master Tour with Richard Kilcullen

Join the master of funk himself, Rich Kilcullen on our very first BrewDog OverWorks Master Tour! This two hour experience will take you round our OverWorks site including the wood cellar, coolship, lab and around our stainless steel tanks. Learn in-depth on how mixed fermentation beers are made, how OverWorks is growing and why yeast and bacteria are so important! After you’ve experienced the cellar, we’ll take you upstairs to OverWorks taproom for a sit down tasting and Q&A session.

The tour includes 5 tastings of some OverWorks favourites.

BrewDog Distilling Co. Master Tour with Steven Kersley

This three hour experience with Steven will provide a complete in-depth chat on the distilling process, starting in the brewhouse right through to our distillery to show how we make our spirits in-house from scratch, and why quality is so important. Learn all about our spirits range including vodka, rum and gin; as a group you will choose botanicals to add to your very own pilot gin distillation, and take away a 20cl bottle of your creation at the end of the tour. The tour includes 5 tastings plus your 20cl souvenir bottle of gin. Rather than a formal Q&A, Steven welcomes any questions throughout the tour experience.

All tours are £35 and take place at our BrewDog HQ in Ellon, Aberdeenshire. Tickets are incredibly limited and will sell out extremely quickly, so book now! The same rules apply for our Master Tours as our brewery tours, so over 18’s only (please bring ID) and you’ll be asked to change into safety boots on arrival so please bring appropriate socks! Also we can offer no cancellation refunds within 7 days of the event. If you’re in the US, we are also planning a series of Master Tours there too – and if this trial is a success, look for more like it in the future!
