Manager, BrewDog Bars

We have one mission when it comes to our network of BrewDog Bars – ensuring every person who comes through the door has an amazing time drinking world class craft beer. If you can help us deliver that, day in day out, then we would love to hear from you. Currently we have roles open for General Managers (the guys that are responsible for everything that happens in the bar), Assistant Managers (who support and learn from the GM and keep everything in order) and Duty Managers (who control the shift and ensure everyone has a great time).

Staying in our bars we also have several opportunities to lead our incredible crews of kitchen staff. These guys work miracles keeping everyone fed whilst making sure that every aspect of our kitchens run smoothly and the food is delivered on time and tasting amazing. An interest in craft beer and experience of working in busy kitchens could be the difference between starting a shift tonight somewhere you hate and moving to a company that offers the Living Wage, the Unicorn Fund and more.

Quality Roles

We live or die by what is in your glass. It’s that simple. So when it comes to beer quality, we are our own biggest critics. Our Quality department works to ensure that our beer is consistently amazing by providing objective scientific analysis and continued improvement each and every day of the week. This refers to not just brewing, but cellaring and packaging as well – all of the steps along the pathway that leads to that beer glass are overseen with a laser focus. And if you have that focus, a science degree and beer knowledge then we’d love to hear from you.

Financial Specialists

Our business is continually growing and as such we have a number of roles open in our financial team – if you thought working in a brewery was just for brewers, then maybe one of these vacancies could be for you. We are currently looking for financial accountants to ensure we continue to grow, but in the best way possible. Our sales gurus are the face of BrewDog, as they move about their backyards spreading the word about the joys of craft beer. If you can assess and respond to the requirements of our customers – wherever they are and whatever their set-up – then you have just some of the adaptability we are looking for in a Sales Supremo.
