Brand new menu for BrewDog bars

As you know, we've recently been giving the food in our bars a bit of attention, and we're working on some awesome new concepts for our menus! Bates has been hunting high and low across the country to find the finest meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, sauces and more to create some of the most incredible cuisine to pair with your beers in our bars.
The results will really knock your socks off, and we're super excited to reveal the first menu to launch with these new recipes!
Kicking off at BrewDog Camden today, (for starters!), we have developed a delicious selection of burgers, dogs and tots to suit all appetites (and yes, that includes the vegetarians among you!). This menu will be rolling out to a number of our bars across the country, and we'll be fine-tuning the menus in the rest in due course too. This is an awesome first menu launch, but believe us when we say we are just getting started.
We've got a classic, old school burger with a mega patty topped with 5am Saint ketchup, Dead Pony Club mustard, onion, pickles, lettuce and your choice of posh or dirty cheese.
There's a Southern Burger with all that of the classic burger, but topped with chilli con carne (made with Brixton Porter!), melted cheese and slaw
For the dirty burger lovers out there, we're introducing a take on the 'Juicy Lucy', a patty stuffed with cheese and jalapenos, so it oozes gooey deliciousness, and topped with crispy belly bacon and plenty of sauces. Messy eaters, rejoice.
The dish closest to our hearts on the menu is the Scottish Dawg. This embodies everything you think of when you imagine a hearty Scottish dish, reworked and assembled on a hot dog. We've got an 8 inch, all-beef dawg topped with skin on fries, pickled swedes (neeps and tatties right there), butter fried onions and ketchup. The only thing we didn't do is deep fry it!
Our tots are hand-shredded, hand-formed, deep-fried potatoey mouthfuls of joy. Have 'em on their own, with vegetarian chilli, with chilli carne, with pickled jalapenos, with shredded cheddar or mustard or any combo of the above! Go crazy. We did when we taste-tested this menu, and we did not regret it.
There's also a great tomato and pimento cheese dish coming too for the veggies, served on a scrumptious bun.
