Bottlebox Terms and Conditions
BOTTLEBOX PAYMENTS AND DELIVERIES
All BottleBox clubs will be shipped on the second Tuesday of every month. With the bimonthly club, shipments start on the second Tuesday in May 2016 and ship every other month thereafter (July 2016, September 2016, November 2016 and so on).
All BottleBox Subscription payments will be taken on the 1st of every month (in the case of the bimonthly club it will be the 1st of the month that the shipment occurs in).
If you sign up after the 1st of the month your first card payment will be taken on the 1st of the following month and you will be included on that following delivery.
If you sign up for a year’s subscription in advance you will receive 12 months for the price of 11 and payment will be taken immediately. You’ll be included in the next month’s shipment.
All payments are taken via Stripe, we do not hold any financial data or card information on file and the payment provider is completely secure.
You will be entered into a regular credit or debit card payment schedule – you can cancel at any time by logging into your account at brewdog.com and choosing to manage subscription > cancel subscription.
If the card we have on file is declined by your card issuer we will reattempt payment again after 1 day, 3 days and 5 days from the initial failed payment. After this time we will automatically cancel your subscription.
PAYMENT UP FRONT
If you prefer to pay for your BottleBox subscription in advance you will receive 12 months for the price of 11.
The pay up front option is non-refundable but it is transferable (if you change your mind you cannot cancel but you can amend the details and transfer to someone else).
CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENT HOLIDAY
You can cancel your monthly payments at any time (this option is not available if paying for the year in one upfront payment).
To cancel, just go to your BrewDog Account page > BottleBox Subscription and select Cancel Subscription. As long as this is done before the payment is taken for that month it will be immediately cancelled. If placed after the payment has been taken it will stop from the following month’s payment.
You can also choose to take a month’s payment holiday. If you choose to do this your payment will be put on hold for 1 month only and will restart automatically the following month. This will delay your free loyalty merchandise by 1 month.
CHANGE OF DETAILS & SUBSCRIPTION
You can change your details at any time by going to your Account Page and updating your name, address, email and phone number information by a simple form.
If this information is entered between 1st of the month and the shipment date it may not be possible to alter the delivery address. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to amend details to a delivery address when it is coming up to the shipment date and we will try to help.
