BrewDog was born with the aim to revolutionize the beer industry and completely redefine beer-drinking culture. We’re determined to make a stand for independence, a stand for quality and stand for craft. And a big part of this is shamelessly spreading our passion for great craft beer.

Our 'Anti-Business' Business Model

We're choosing revolution over commercial mediocrity

Alongside our Equity Punks and our incredible crew, we’re determined to fight tooth and nail for the things we believe in as we aim to make a meaningful impact on both the world of beer and the world of business. We’re giving away 20% of our profits every year, 10% to our crew and 10% to charity, with The Unicorn Fund. We’re a fierce living wage supporter and we make sure our crew members get the benefits they need to build their lives from a healthy pension contribution to maternity, paternity and even pawternity leave. We even use short payment terms to help fledgling craft brewers when we buy guest beers from them.

Equity for Punks

Craft beer for the people, funded by the people

Since 2009 we’ve run regular Equity For Punks investor drives, giving craft-lover’s the chance to buy up a piece of BrewDog for themselves online. Our shareholders are our best advocates, most ardent fans and our harshest critics. With our Equity Punk Mission Control, they’re included in the decisions we make and help us stay true to our mission.
