SOUR CITY: This Scottish Sour India Pale Ale is fermented with our house yeast strains of Brettanomyces, inoculated with Cher Ami (our house sour culture) and then aged in Italian foeders for six weeks. Dry-hopped with Citra and a final infusion of grapefruit peel added before carbonation and packaging, this sour is an extremely approachable, balanced and endlessly crushable drink.
