We are accepting and fulfilling orders as usual and are now dispatching 7 days a week within 48 hours.

Our BrewDog and Friends subscription boxes are dispatched once a month and we’ll send email updates with further details on dispatch dates.

International Orders

We are no longer dispatching outside of the UK post Brexit, mainly due to additional transit times and complexities. Our BrewDog UK online shop currently delivers to all UK addresses plus Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

However, customers in France, Netherlands and Germany can still make purchases through our dedicated FR, NL and DE Online Shops here: France | Netherlands | Germany

CONVENIENT DELIVERY – YOU CHOOSE WHEN AND WHERE

We use Yodel for all orders within Mainland UK. Standard Delivery is usually dispatched within 48 hours, 7 days a week. Please see below for more information. 

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

If you provide us with your mobile number at the checkout you will receive a text message on the day of delivery that will allow you to choose whether to:

  • Deliver to a neighbour
  • Deliver to a local post office for collection at a time that’s more convenient for you
  • Deliver on another working day if that day is not convenient

If you don’t provide a number and you aren’t in, you’ll be left a card that will allow you to select from the above options.

 

DELIVERY BOX INFORMATION

Our largest delivery boxes have 24 slots, and can fit up to:

48 x Cans (330 or 440ml) / 24 x Bottles (Any size)

We offer free delivery for every full box that contains between 23 to 24 full slots.

Fill at least 23 out of 24 slots and you'll get free delivery at checkout.

Once you've hit one full box, that's free delivery on your entire order!*

Each product on our website has a size based on how much space they take up in your delivery box. 330ml cans take up 0.5 slots, and 330ml bottles take up 1 slot.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

Orders must be received by 3pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 3pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.

Orders on our standard delivery service are usually dispatched within 48 hours, 7 days a week. If your order is placed after 5pm on a Friday please allow an additional day for dispatch. All orders placed over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, are also included in our 48 hour dispatch service.

Next Day Delivery Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday, for a Next Day Delivery bundle are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day of ordering. Any order placed on this service after 5pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

The below delivery costs apply to each box of up to 24 bottles / 48 330ml cans.

For Isle of Man and Channel Island orders, please provide a local phone number, including country code (for example, +44 for UK), which the courier can use to contact you in the event that they need more information to complete the delivery.

 

BFPO ADDRESSES

Whilst we are able to deliver to BFPO addresses, these deliveries will take slightly longer than our standard delivery, depending on the station. We will deliver into the forces postal service via Royal Mail, at which point we will have limited tracking available as this is a closed service.

Please note that while alcohol MAY be ordered to BFPO addresses, there is a 24% ABV limit on any goods accepted into the BFPO system. Orders containing items of a higher ABV may be destroyed.

 

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS POSTCODES

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Offshore Agent, Menzies Distribution, service Northern Highlands and Argyll territories for the DPD Group. This includes IV postcodes, KW1 to 14, HS1 to 9, PA20 to 80, FK19 to 21, PH15-19

  • All deliveries on the mainland are a two day service
  • Deliveries to Scottish Islands (HS1 to HS9 and PA40 to PA78) have a transit range of 3 to 7 days due to ferry scheduling (currently operating subject to ongoing co-vid arrangements)
  • There are no weekend services, so parcels collected Thursday have a target day of Monday (in two day areas) and if collected Friday, have a target day of Tuesday (again two day areas)
  • Parcels collected and processed through our Hub over the weekend, have target day Wednesday.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER 

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from BrewDog and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

 

VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.

Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;

Regarding any beer, cider or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at [email protected].

 

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at [email protected] and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

 

If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

 

As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order) we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
