Siren - Breakfast Shake
From Siren's Project Barista Series 2018, an Imperial Wheat Stout with Coffee & Cacao clocking in at 9.5% ABV. A blend of coffee, honey, cocoa powder, almonds and banana all lend themself to the flavour profile of the beer. There are 13 different speciality malts in the grist alongside the addition of cacao husks for deep, ultra-dark chocolate flavours along with cacao nibs for creamy milk-chocolate. Climpson & Son’s Brasil Espresso is a beautifully rounded roast and adds a real nuttiness to proceedings.
