Equity for Punks, the conclusion

a round up of our public share offer

Equity for Punks, the conclusion

You can find out more about the new Equity for Punks IV share offering and make an investment in BrewDog here: www.brewdog.com/equityforpunks

BrewDog, in October 2009 , as a two year old company, took an unprecedented step and became a PLC. Then, in a ground-breaking European first, we offered the public the opportunity to buy shares in our company online.

We wanted the people who enjoy our beers to be involved in the ownership of our company and officially join the BrewDog team. We wanted people to buy into BrewDog’s vision and benefit financially from our future growth.

The project was known as ‘Equity for Punks’. Over 1350 people invested.

Our public share offer closed in mid February. All the investors now have their share certificates and the www.equityforpunks.com website launched this week as a shareholders only website.

I have had lots of emails over the last couple of weeks from people looking to invest. It is unfortunate the offer has now closed, we would have loved to have you on board too!

We eventually raised £642,000 which will fund retirement to a nice island in the Caribbean for James and Martin, or maybe not! The money will enable us to keep growing our business aggressively and enable us to proceed with our new brewery at Aberdeen, a brewery all investors will own part of.  2010 has got off to a great start for us with sales up over 250% from 2009. In addition we have added some great new BrewDogs to our management team!

Thanks for taking a leap of faith and buying into our company. Myself and our team are completely dedicated to ensuring a good return for all investors and hopefully a bit of fun along the way too!

Keep on rocking in the free world.

Hey guys!I know the IPO is now closed, but when in the future can people buy Brewdog shares again? Just so people like myself know when next to have a bit of spare cash set aside! Cheers
