$1M DOLLAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Raffle Entry Terms and Conditions:

• Opening raffle is open to customers aged 21 years and over. 

• Winner must be present when the raffle is drawn. If the winner/number is not present, the number will be redrawn.

• The winner will be announced in bar on Friday, December 2nd 2022.

• BrewDog employees and close relatives are ineligible to enter.

• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity and social media activity aligned to the prize promotion. 

• The promoter will notify the winner with full prize terms and conditions including where and how the prize can be redeemed.

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

$1m Bar Tab Prize Terms and Conditions

• The “Bar Tab” consists of a total of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000 USD) and will take the form of credit redeemable at BrewDog Locations.

• The Bar Tab will be valid for 20 years (240 months) from December 2nd 2022 across all BrewDog owned bars, pubs, Outposts, DogTaps, DogHouse Hotels and Kennels (excluding franchise locations) (the “BrewDog Locations”).

• The Bar Tab will only be valid on applicable items purchased in BrewDog Locations; “Applicable Items” includes BrewDog branded alcohol products, food, in-bar experiences and bookings at BrewDog DogHouse Hotels or Kennels.

• We retain the right to revoke prize for misconduct

• Winner must be present at all times when Bar Tab is being used.

• Max spend per month $20,000.

• Group bookings of 10+ people must be pre-booked in advance (subject to availability) and total spend per booking cannot exceed $10,000, unless used for winners wedding (subject to availability).

• Bookings at DogHouse Hotels and Kennels are subject to the following limitations:-

  • A maximum of two room reservations at any one time; and

  • A maximum of five nights stay at any one time; and

  • May only be used for one booking in any 90 day period.

  • The intention to use the Bar Tab for a booking must be communicated at the time of booking to be valid and applicable.

  • Subject to availability in each DogHouse Hotel or Kennels.

• Bar Tab cannot be used to purchase BrewDog equity shares, or any vouchers for equity shares.

• Post December 2nd 2022, the Bar Tab cannot be used to buy every single person in a bar a drink or food at any given time.

• Where non-applicable items are purchased along with any Applicable Items, the non-applicable items must be paid for by cash or card separately.

• Winner cannot monetise the Bar Tab by selling, trading or otherwise disposing of the Bar Tab or any parts of the Bar Tab to any third party.

• Winner agrees to take part in marketing promotion around the prize and co-operate with publicity, in the use of their name, photograph, and any comments in such publicity. Disagreement of this, forfeits prize.

• The Bar Tab is fully non-transferrable, non-refundable and no cash equivalent will be offered at any time or under any circumstances. 

• The Bar Tab cannot be spent on BrewDog online shop or in-bar merchandise. 

• The Bar Tab cannot be used to purchase BrewDog gift vouchers or BrewDog subscriptions.

• The Bar Tab cannot be used for corporate purposes.

• The Bar Tab cannot be used on delivery or takeaway and must be used on-premise only.

• The Bar Tab will expire on December 1st 2042 and any unused Bar Tab will lapse at that time.

• The Bar Tab vests specifically in the Winner; upon the death of the Winner it will not form part of their estate and is not transferrable to any executor, relative or other beneficiary.

• Where the Bar Tab is used in a currency other than USD, the relevant exchange rate applicable on the date of spend will apply.
