BREWDOG & FRIENDS  

  • Who can subscribe to BrewDog & Friends?  

  • BrewDog & Friends is only offered from our UK online shop to UK residents.  

  • BrewDog & Friends is only offered from our UK online shop to UK plus Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey residents. 

What’s in the box? 

  • 8 beers in 330ml cans, 4 different styles, at least 1 collaborating brewery to feature each month.  

  • There is a total of 4 different styles, two of each style.  

  • We reserve the right to change product at any time without further notice.  

  • 1 magazine.  

The First Three Discounted Boxes 

  • The first box will be discounted at 50% of the monthly price, plus £3.95 delivery. One discounted box per customer account and only one per subscription. 

  • The second box will be discounted by 30% of the monthly price, plus £3.95 delivery. One discounted box per customer account and only one per subscription. 

  • The third box will be discounted by 20% of the monthly price, plus £3.95 delivery. One discounted box per customer account and only one per subscription. 

  • Subsequent boxes will be billed at the full price of £19.95 plus £3.95 delivery, on the 2nd of each month. 

  • Although payment will be scheduled for the 2nd of each subscription month, BrewDog shall not accept any liability for bank charges or other costs arising as a result of the payment being taken after the 2nd of each month.

  • No discounted box if you sign up and cancel before dispatch. 

  • You must cancel by the 2nd of the next payment charge month 04:59 GMT / BST to avoid charge and auto renewal.  

Pay as you go subscription  

  • Box cost is £19.95 (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • Shipping charge is £3.95 to all UK postcodes, plus Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • Charged monthly on the 2nd of each month regardless of the date of purchase.  

  • Note that if the 2nd is a bank holiday the charge will be still be processed on the 2nd. 

  • Although payment will be scheduled for the 2nd of each subscription month, BrewDog shall not accept any liability for bank charges or other costs arising as a result of the payment being taken after the 2nd of each month.

Box received monthly 

  • We aim to dispatch your box by the middle of the month. Please note that the specific dispatch date each month can change.  

  • Your subscription will be auto renewed indefinitely unless action is taken or payment fails. 

  • Must cancel by the 2nd of the next payment charge month 04:59 GMT / BST to avoid charge and auto renew.  

  • Note that if the 2nd is a bank holiday the charge will be still be processed on the 2nd. 

  • Although payment will be scheduled for the 2nd of each subscription month, BrewDog shall not accept any liability for bank charges or other costs arising as a result of the payment being taken after the 2nd of each month.

Quarterly subscription

  • 3 month subscription is £59.85 (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • This is a pre-paid 3-month subscription, the full amount is taken at time of purchase.  

  • Cancellation during the cooling off period of 14 days must contact BrewDog & Friends customer service.  

  • Shipping is included in the total subscription cost.  

  • Charged after 3 months on the 2nd of the subsequent month regardless of the date of purchase.  

  • Box received monthly, no specified date.  

  • Your subscription will be auto renewed.  

  • Must cancel by the 2nd of the next payment charge month 04:59 GMT / BST to avoid charge and auto renew.  

  • Note that if the 2nd is a bank holiday the charge will be still be processed on the 2nd.

BrewDog & Friends Mailer – One Month Free Offer 

  • One free box of BrewDog & Friends for anyone receiving the direct mail who has not previously been a BrewDog & Friends subscriber

  • Offer valid between 00.01am BST 18/07/22 and 23:59pm BST 31/07/22

  • To redeem, visit www.brewdog.com/uk/bdf, log into your account, and select ‘monthly plan’ 

  • Enter your code in the ‘discount code’ box, and proceed to check-out 

  • Code is not valid on the quarterly subscription plan 

  • Excludes £3.95 delivery fee 

Other notes 

  • Customers can have multiple live subscriptions at once.  

  • Online store credit and gift cards cannot be redeemed against subscription services.

Membership 

BrewDog.com Account 

  • Memberships are managed through BrewDog.com, therefore you must have a UK in BrewDog.com account in order to sign up to the subscription service. The customer must be logged in or create an account to check out; there is no guest checkout option available for this product.  

Third Party Partners 

Recharge  

  • Subscription partners.  

  • Customer information is held in Recharge so subscriptions can be managed by this third party partner. Recharge manage the checkout platform which customer is directed to from brewdog.com.  

Stripe 

  • Payment gateway provider.  

  • Customer information is held Stripe to manage payments and refunds.  

  • Accepted forms of payment: credit and debit cards from the following brands: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.  

Management 

  • Customer can manage account details as normal from brewdog.com account management section.  

Customer can manage subscription details from the subscriptions customer subscriptions summary; they do not need to leave brewdog.com to access this: https://www.brewdog.com/uk/subscriptions/summary/view

In the customer Subscriptions Summary customers can:  

  • See all live and cancelled subscriptions.  

  • Update saved card info.  

  • Note that if a customer updates card info it will only update on the next purchase and renewal.  

  • Update address.  

  • Note that if a customer updates address it will only update on the next delivery date  

  • Cancel subscription.  

  • See past and upcoming charges.

SHIPPING 

Pay As You Go  

  • Shipping charge for pay as you go is £3.95 to all UK postcodes, plus Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • Shipping is charged monthly alongside subscription.  

  • Shipping charges are subject to change.  

Quarterly  

  • No shipping charge for quarterly payments.  

  • £3.95 to all UK postcodes, plus Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • Note this quarterly subscription option is not currently live. Terms are for reference only for customers who chose this option when it was available. 

DISCOUNTS/PROMOS 

Pay As You Go 

  • Month 1 box = 50% discount + £3.95 shipping (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • Month 2 box = 30% discount + £3.95 shipping (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • Month 3 box = 20% discount + £3.95 shipping (includes VAT where applicable).  

  • Month 4 box = auto renewed and charged on the 2nd of the month £19.95 + £3.95 (includes VAT where applicable). 

  • Only applies to brand new subscribers


Quarterly

  • Month 1-3 boxes = £39.90 (includes VAT where applicable). 

  • Month 4-6 box and all subsequent pre-paid boxes:  £59.85 (includes VAT where applicable).

  • Free shipping.

  • Only applies to brand new subscribers.



Equity Punks  

  • As of 1/10/21 Equity Punk discounts 10%/20% will be applied to the product at your usual level.  

  • Discounts will not be applied to shipping.  

  • First three months discount offer does work in conjunction with EFP 10%/20% discounts.  

  • If a customer becomes an Equity Punk or levels up discount during BrewDog & Friends live subscription, customer will get updated discount at the next charge. Discounts will not be retrospectively applied. 

  • EFP 10/20 will stack with the promo model, and only applies to brand new subscribers

T&Cs

  • Code must be redeemed in first three months (March/April Box, May Box, June Box).  

  • Code is invalid after June.  

  • Will not auto renew.

CANCELLATION 

Normal subscription 

  • Customer can cancel via cancellation button in customer portal.  

  • Must cancel by the 04:59 GMT / BST by the 2nd of the month to cancel auto renewal. 

  • Cancellation button will surface in "My Subscriptions" for all users. 

  • Customers will only be able to cancel subscription from my subscriptions portal when the first box is dispatched. 

  • If customers box has not been dispatched, they will get a single screen informing them cancellation is only available on first box dispatch. 

  • Cancellation will be on a subscription by subscription basis.    

Skip 

  • We have introduced a new feature where a customer can “skip” the next charge/box. 

  • Customers can skip charges from the “my subscription portal”. If a user skips, they will defer their discounted rate to the following box, if they are in the initial three month discount period 

  • Customers cannot “un-skip”. 

  • Same timings apply as cancellation, must be done by 04:59 GMT / BST to avoid charges. 

  • Customers can skip multiple times 

Monthly 

  • “Skip” will skip the next month charge and box     

Quarterly 

  • “Skip” will NOT be available for quarterly subscribers     

Fanzine 6 Month 

  • “Skip” will NOT be available for quarterly subscribers  

DAMAGES/RETURNS 

  • Customers will need to contact customer service if there is an issue with fulfilment.  

  • Note that if a box needs to be replaced, it may not be like for like depending on stock. 

BrewDog and Friends Subscription Sign Up Discount  

  • 15% off online purchase.  

  • Discount is only eligible for customers who subscribe to BrewDog and Friends from 00:01 GMT 09.04.2021 and on their purchase journey at checkout, subscribed to marketing emails to receive offers and new releases.  

  • Customers will receive their code automatically via email after purchase of BrewDog and Friends.  

Valid across UK store only – brewdog.com/uk  

  • Offer is valid for 30 days from code distribution (email received).  

  • Offer valid on full price items only, excluding discounted products. Discounted products include those in the Clearance section.  

  • Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional code or discount, including EFP discount.  

  • Code valid for logged in customers only.  

  • Offer is valid for one use per customer.  

  • Discount applies only to orders with a subtotal over £30, excluding delivery.  

  • Discount will need to be entered into the ‘Apply Discount Code’ box at checkout during payment. 

PURCHASE/REDEEM

  • Introductory discounts are not available for gifting products however the gift recipient will be eligible for any introductory offers if they subscribe when the gift period has ended.

  • Shipping dates will vary month to month to bring you the freshest beer.

  • For Gift Subscriptions, the subscription will NOT be renewed after the then-current term expires.

  • You cannot cancel a Gift Subscription and the pre-paid fee is non-refundable.

EXCLUSIVITY

  • All beers included in the BrewDog & Friends Monthly Subscription Box are timed exclusives. They are exclusive to the relevant monthly box, and will not be sold anywhere else during the relevant subscription month.

  • After the subscription month has passed, remaining stock may be sold through other outlets at BrewDog’s sole discretion. We brew these beers for BrewDog & Friends, but planning batch sizes can be tricky, so to save wasting good beer we may sell any excess beer elsewhere, but only after we’ve supplied all of our BrewDog & Friends subscribers and given them time to enjoy the beers. 

  • Some of the BrewDog & Friends beers are rebrews of BrewDog favourites (think 5AM Saint, Libertine, etc) and these beers may be sold elsewhere across the BrewDog estate, outwith the BrewDog & Friends subscription.
