Pint from a Punk - Terms & Conditions

Definitions

Referrer – customer cohort that have a referral link to share / refer new planet brewdog customers
- UK Equity Punks
Referee – customer that follows referral link. Referee cannot be a previous member of Planet BrewDog or an Equity Punk.
Referral link – mechanism that referrers can share out their referral pints
New Planet BrewDog Member – someone who opts in or signs up to Planet BrewDog for the first time ever.

Terms & Conditions 

  • This sampling activity is run by BrewDog plc (“BrewDog”) with registered office [BrewDog plc, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB41 8BX]. 

  • The referral campaign will be live from Thursday 16th February at 10:00am and will be an always on campaign unless otherwise announced (no end date).

  • The referral link and 5 pints/referrals is available to Equity Punks in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older. 

  • The ability to claim the pint is available to brand new Planet BrewDog members in United Kingdom aged 18 years or older. Existing Planet BrewDog members prior to the 16th of February 2023 and Equity Punks are not able to be referred and claim a pint. 

  • Redemption includes 1 x pint serving of Punk IPA, Punk AF, Lost Lager, Lost AF, Hazy Jane, Planet Pale, Black Heart, on BrewDog, no alternatives can be offered. This offer is subject to availability. 

  • Referees can only redeem this offer in participating BrewDog bars. Redemption cannot be used to claim any other product, including can or bottle formats of Punk IPA, Punk AF, Lost Lager, Lost AF, Hazy Jane, Planet Pale, Black Heart on BrewDog.

  • To redeem the pint of Punk IPA, Punk AF, Lost Lager, Lost AF, Hazy Jane, Planet Pale, Black Heart on BrewDog, the Referee must take the QR code into a participating bar and present to a member of staff to be scanned. 

  • Referee must sign up to Planet BrewDog and opt-in to receive emails to be eligible to redeem and receive the QR code. By entering this promotion, any personal information you provide will be subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

  • Valid QR code must be presented to redeem the offer. Proof of text message on its own is not valid and will not be accepted. No other redemption method is valid. 

  • Pints can only be redeemed at participating BrewDog bars within 1 month of the QR code issued to referee. 

  • This offer is valid in all BrewDog bars, pubs and franchises in the UK with the exception of the following excluded locations: 
    - BrewDog Edinburgh Airport 
    - BrewDog Headingley 

  • Each referee is limited to one sample pint per person and QR codes are single-use only.  

  • This offer is subject to availability.  

  • Referrers are given 5 referrals to share out. BrewDog may reduce or add these on the discretion of BrewDog.

  • BrewDog reserve the right to alter the Claim Period or offer at their discretion. 

  • The pint of Punk IPA, Punk AF, Lost Lager, Lost AF, Hazy Jane, Planet Pale, Black Heart is for on-site consumption only. Not available for delivery or takeaway. 

  • BrewDog reserve the right to close the Redemption Period before the stated closure, as well as extend the Redemption Period after the stated closure. No cash alternative is available.
