We’re always proud of our beers, but this one is extra special. 50p from each pack of Pride sold will go to MindOut, a mental health service run by and for LGBTQ people. Based in Brighton and Hove, MindOut also supports people around the world with an online chat service that’s available every day including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Support MindOut by drinking a Pride, or donate to them directly.
Beer for everyone
We’re not perfect. But we’re doing lots of stuff to make BrewDog a great place to work, and one example of this is our Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity forum.
Founded in 2021, the forum has representatives from across the company who are helping us attract a diverse range of people to come and work with us, and then make sure we create and foster an open and inclusive culture once they’ve got their foot in the door. From regular training of all our people to introducing pronoun pin badges for any crew member that wants them, we’ll keep working on it until every BrewDog employee and customer feels welcome, safe and included in our spaces.
