Here at BrewDog we want every one of you to have an amazing time inside one of our bars – wherever it happens to be. And as we welcome more bars into our network we have been working on ways to minimise our environmental impact and benefit everyone.

You already know what we do – cutting edge craft beer, freshly-cooked food and next-level service (all set to a kick-ass soundtrack) – but here is what we stand for. 

We know how hard our team work to continue our mission, so in 2014 BrewDog became a Living Wage Employer. Updated with new rates each year, this commitment is just one of the ways in which we recognise the importance of our BrewDog crewmembers.

We’re on a mission to change the world of beer, and while we’re at it we want to help you change the world at large. Since 2007, we’ve committed to donating a portion of our profits to fund incredible charitable activities across the world. Through the BrewDog Foundation, we will donate £1m each year to charitable initiatives that our crew want to support - and here’s how you can apply for your project to be one of them.

BrewDog’s commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with laws includes compliance with laws prohibiting human trafficking and slavery. The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 defines “modern slavery” as including the offences of “slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour” as well as “human trafficking”, all of which are directly opposed to the values and ethics of our company.
