What is inside the 12 NAs of Christmas?

Where can you ship?  

Non-Alcoholic Beer with an ABV of 0.5% and under, can be shipped to ALL states within the US EXCLUDING AK, GA, HI, ID, KS, MI, MS. BrewDog is unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Minor Outlying Islands, and other areas outside of the continental United States. 

Does the 12 NAs of Christmas come with free shipping?  

Yes! Shipping is included for FREE for all purchases of the 12 NAs of Christmas.  

Do I have to log-in to purchase?

We highly encourage all customers to sign-up for a BrewDog account and be logged-in, to order the 12 NAs of Christmas. Due to the nature of this item, we like to ensure we have accurate email information to contact you about updates for your order. Plus, if you're signed-in, you can always log back in to check on the shipping status of your order.

Does this product contain alcohol? I don't drink.

No, the 12 Non-Alcoholic Beers of Christmas product does not contain alcohol, all contents are less than .5% ABV. Please note, our Craft Beer Advent Calendar DOES contain alcohol.

Can I give the 12 NAs of Christmas as a gift? How do I ensure my packages are shipped to multiple addresses?  

Absolutely! What better way to spread holiday cheer than by giving BrewDog NA beer? Checkout separately if you wish to ship to multiple addresses. Please also be sure to give your recipient a heads-up on delivery, as non-alcoholic beer can easily freeze if left outside.  

Can I checkout with other items in my basket? Will those items ship right away, or will they be held due to my pre-order item?  

Yes, you can. We will ship any products we have on hand at the same time. Please note, due to the large size of this product, it will ship in a separate box than other items in your order. If only a partial order arrives, please wait 2 full business days before contacting customer service, as your other packages may have gotten separated in transit.

Can my NA beer be left outside when delivered?  

Your non-alcoholic package will be left at your door if you are not home for delivery. Non-Alcoholic beer does freeze if left out in sub-freezing temperatures; it can freeze in as little as an hour at 25 degrees Fahrenheit.  We encourage all customers to sign up for UPS My Choice (for free) to view details of and manage your deliveries. 

Where can I buy BrewDog’s 12 NAs of Christmas?  

This will be an online exclusive item. So order online (shipping is free!).

What are the nutritional values? 

Many of our NA beers are gluten reduced, vegan, low in calories, and carbs. The nutrition information can be found on our spoiler's page HERE for more details. 

When will my order ship? Where is my order?  

Pre-orders will begin to ship in early November. Order placed after November 1st will usually takes 2-5 business days once shipped, but we strive to deliver earlier than this where possible. 

When your item is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking details. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder. We encourage all customers to sign up for UPS My Choice (for free) to view details of and manage your deliveries at a closer level.

Can I customize my 12 NAs of Christmas box?  

 Unfortunately, customization options are not available. However, our box is thoughtfully curated with a variety of delightful goodies, ensuring that every day is filled with joy and excitement. If there is a quality issue or damaged product, please let us know and we'll make it right.  

 Can you ship outside of the US? 

Due to shipping complexities, we cannot ship internationally or to select areas of the continental United States. Sorry! Non-Alcoholic Beer with an ABV of 0.5% and under, can be shipped to ALL states within the US EXCLUDING AK, GA, HI, ID, KS, MI, MS.

How can I check the status of my order? 

Log into your BrewDog.com account to see the status of your order. Please note: You must have signed into your account, PRIOR to checking out to view your order/s. Any orders placed as a guest will NOT show in your account. If you cannot login, simply continue to check your email for any updates. We will send you an email with your tracking number when your package begins to ship.

Why can’t I see my orders in my account? 

Any orders placed prior to creating your account, or purchased as a guest, will not appear. Only purchases made while logged in will show in your account. 

How will my order be delivered?  

Non-alcoholic beer orders will be shipped via UPS and placed at your door upon delivery. We encourage everyone to sign up for  UPS My Choice  to view details and manage your deliveries.  

 Can I change my address/details once an order is placed?  

 If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we will try our best to help. However, orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for picking and packing once a label is created, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch it in time.  

 Once packed and shipped, the best way to make any change to your delivery will be to contact UPS directly with your tracking number. You can call their customer service line at 1-(800)-742-5877 or through UPS My Choice   Please note, UPS will charge a fee to change an address on an already packed shipment. 

When does the countdown start for the 12 NAs of Christmas? How do I participate?  

While the 12 Days of Christmas technically begins on December 25th and ends on January 6th, we find most of our customers prefer to use it as a countdown. So, we will be opening slot number “12” on December 13th so we can open slot “1” on Christmas Eve. However, please participate however you wish – maybe a holiday tasting party with friends is in order?
