BrewDog's Craft Beer Advent Calendar

When does the countdown start for the Advent Calendar? How do I participate?  

The Advent Calendar is preferred by most of our customers as a countdown. The slot number "24" will be opened on December 1st so that the slot "1" can be opened on Christmas Eve. However, please participate however you wish – maybe a holiday tasting party with friends is in order?  

What is inside the Advent Calendar?

Can I give the Advent Calendar as a gift? How do I ensure my packages are shipped to multiple addresses?  

Certainly! What better way to spread holiday cheer than by giving BrewDog beer? Checkout separately if you wish to ship to multiple addresses and ensure someone 21+ is home to sign the package upon delivery. 

Where can you ship?  

Alcoholic beer with an ABV above 0.5% can ship to the following states: DC, KY, NE, ND, NH, OH, OR, PA, VA, VT.  NOTE: UPS will require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded. 

Does the Advent Calendar come with free shipping?  

Yes! Shipping is included for FREE for all purchases of the Advent Calendar. 

Where can I buy your Advent Calendar?  

This is an online exclusive. Should there be supplies left after the pre-order period, some BrewDog bars may get Advent Calendars to sell in-bar while supplies last. To ensure your 2023 Craft Beer Advent Calendar, we highly recommend pre-ordering online. Pre-orders begin in September, so act fast because they won’t be around for long! 

When and how will my order be delivered? 

Pre-order begins September 26th and orders will begin shipping in early-to-mid November. Advent Calendars will ship via UPS and will require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Meaning, an adult must be present when your package is being delivered to sign for the package. We encourage all customers to sign up for UPS My Choice (for free) to view details of and manage your deliveries. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded. 

Why should I hurry to pre-order my Advent Calendar? 

Because Santa's elves are on a tight schedule, and they don't want you to miss out on the festive fun! By pre-ordering, you secure a Craft Beer Advent Calendar; we do sell out every year.

Our dedicated team of elves will work tirelessly to ensure that your box arrives at your doorstep before the holiday season starts. 

What if I miss the pre-order window? Can I still get a calendar? 

Don't worry! While pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee your package, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but supplies may be limited. So, it's always better to be on Santa's nice list and pre-order early! 

Can I customize my Advent Calendar if I pre-order?  

Unfortunately, customization options are not available. However, our box is thoughtfully curated with a variety of delightful goodies, ensuring that every day is filled with joy and excitement. If there is a quality issue or damaged product, please let us know and we'll make it right! 

Where is my order?  

Pre-orders will begin to ship in early-to-mid November. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, but we strive to deliver earlier than this where possible. 

When your item is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking details. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder. 

NOTE: Advent Calendars are shipping via UPS and will require an adult signature upon delivery. We encourage all customers to sign up for UPS My Choice (for free) to view details of and manage your deliveries. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded. 

Can you ship outside of the US?  

Due to shipping complexities, we cannot ship internationally or areas of the continental United States. Sorry! At this time, beer (alcoholic beer) with an ABV above 0.5% can ship to the following states: DC, KY, NE, ND, NH, OH, OR, PA, VA, VT.

How can I check the status of my order? 

Log into your BrewDog.com account to see the status of your order. Please note: You must have signed into your account, PRIOR to checking out to view your order/s. Any orders placed as a guest will NOT show in your account. If you cannot log-in, simply continue to check your email for any updates. We will send you an email with your tracking number when your package begins to ship in early-to-mid November. 

Why can’t I see my orders in my account? 

Any orders placed prior to creating your account, or purchased as a guest, will not appear. Only purchases made while logged in will show in your account. Any orders placed as a guest will NOT show in your account and cannot be added retroactively.  

Can I change my address/details once an order is placed?  

If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we will try our best to help. However, orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for picking and packing once a label is created, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust delivery addresses after submission.  

Once packed and shipped, the best way to make any change to your delivery will be to contact UPS directly with your tracking number. You can call their customer service line at 1 (800) 742-5877 or through UPS My Choice. Please note, UPS will charge a fee to change an address on an already packed shipment.
