WHAT IS BREWDOG & FRIENDS?
BrewDog & Friends is our bi-monthly non-alcoholic beer subscription program, offering 12 beers from us, and 12 made in collaboration with a brewery or brand we love.
BrewDog & Friends is offered from our US online shop and can be shipped to all states that allow non-alcoholic beer shipments. Please check our Shipping information page, to confirm we can ship to your state.
Each box includes 24 beers in 12oz cans. You’ll receive 4 different styles, with 2 collaborating brewery or brands to feature each month.
Please note, customers must create a BrewDog account to purchase this subscription box.
WHAT IS NEW ABOUT THE UPDATED BREWDOG & FRIENDS SUBSCRIPTION?
Same beer, lower price! You spoke and we listened. Our non-alcoholic beer club is now more affordable. Our beer club will still provide 144 cans of beer a year, between our BrewDog favorites and our new friends. But now, with 24 cans delivered every-other month, you’ll save $60 per year! Plus, less shipments means less carbon emissions and a lesser impact on the environment.
IS THERE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION?
If you previously enrolled in BrewDog & Friends before March 1, 2022 you may be familiar with our earlier subscription model, which was a monthly non-alcoholic beer subscription. This subscription is now discontinued. As of March 10th, 2022, all previous monthly subscriptions have been converted to our new bi-monthly box.
Don’t worry – this new model gives you the same amount of beer per year (144 cans!), plus at a discounted rate! Instead of 12 beers every month, customers now receive 24 beers every 2 months. That’s $60 in savings per year, plus a lesser impact on the environment.

Box cost is $49.98 + tax. Shipping included.
Charge is taken on the 10th of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) regardless of the date of purchase or if the 10th is a bank holiday
Box received bi-monthly (January, March, May, July, September, November) of each year.
Box will dispatch at the end of the month as displayed on checkout and customer portal.
Your subscription will be auto renewed indefinitely unless action is taken, or payment fails.
Customers must cancel before the 9th of the next payment charge month 11:59 PM EST to avoid charge and auto renew.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY INTRODUCTORY OFFER?
Additional discounts do not apply to the introductory offers for these subscriptions.

CAN I GIVE BREWDOG & FRIENDS AS A GIFT?
Yes, but the purchaser will have full control over the subscription, meaning the purchaser will need to cancel the subscription as needed, as it is ongoing, and you cannot schedule a pre-cancellation date.
The purchaser will have to put the recipient’s information in the delivery field if they would like to send this as a gift.
As this product is non-alcoholic there is no signature required and it makes for a lovely surprise gift.
I DON’T LIKE CERTAIN BEERS IN THE CLUB, CAN I SELECT ONLY CERTAIN STYLES OF BEER?
Unfortunately, no. BrewDog and Friends is a curated beer club with 24 beers in 12oz cans, 4 different styles, at least 1 collaborating brand or brewery to feature in each bi-monthly package which is sent directly to your door. There’s unfortunately no room to be able to customize this club. The good news is that your next box is only weeks away and there is a diverse range of near beers set to be released over the coming year. The beauty of the club is that every issue is different!
CAN MY BOX BE CHANGED TO MEET SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Unfortunately, not. Due to the complicated and fast-moving nature of the club, it’s not possible to customize the beers to meet dietary needs.
This subscription will be subject to a rotation of different near beers and styles that may contain allergens or non-vegan friendly ingredients.

I WANT TO ORDER ADDITIONAL PRODUCT. CAN I ORDER IT AT THE SAME TIME?
At this time, BrewDog & Friend subscriptions can only be purchased on their own. If you want to purchase additional product from our online shop, please place a second order on our website.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To manage your subscriptions, LOGIN to BrewDog.com/usa, then head to My Account > My Subscriptions. From here, you can see any active subscriptions as well as upcoming charges, or change your information if needed. You can even skip a box if you need a break.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Boxes for BrewDog & Friends will start shipping the week the final week of the month (January, March, May, July, September, November).
You will receive a notification with a FedEx tracking number when your package has left our warehouse.
WHICH STATES DOES BREWDOG & FRIENDS DELIVER TO?
At present, BrewDog & Friends can be shipped to most states within the US. Please check our Shipping information page, to confirm we can ship to your state.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?
For first time orders placed in the month of: January, March, May, July, September, or November, your box will ship by the end of that month. Your next charge will be on the 10th of the following odd-month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov).
For first time orders originally placed in the month of: February, April, June, August, October or December, your box will ship in the next 2-3 business days. Your next charge will be on the 10th of the following month.
Boxes for BrewDog & Friends will start shipping the last week of the month. If you order after 11pm EST on the last day of the month, you will receive the following BrewDog & Friends Box.
You will receive a FedEx tracking number when your order ships from our warehouse.
HOW DO I TRACK MY BREWDOG & FRIENDS ORDER?
All recipients will receive a tracking email as soon as their BrewDog & Friends package has been dispatched. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become live.
MY CANS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Oh no! Sorry to hear this! Get in touch with us by emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the damaged product and picture of the damaged packaging/cans and we will take care of the rest!
CAN I RECEIVE DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS?
Yes of course! Our couriers will send tracking information as soon as your BrewDog & Friends package has been dispatched.
The notifications will be sent to the email address used to place your order.

WHEN IS MY LAST CHANCE TO CANCEL AND NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT ISSUE?
The last chance to cancel is 11:59 PM EST on the 9th of the month of the subscription box going out (January, March, May, July, September, November). Otherwise, your subscription will be auto renewed, and payment cannot be refunded. Customers can cancel via https://www.brewdog.com/usa/subscriptions/summary/view, by clicking “Cancel Subscription.”
I MISSED THE DEADLINE TO CANCEL AN UPCOMING ISSUE AND WAS CHARGED. CAN THIS BE REFUNDED?
Afraid not. Once your payment has gone through, you are locked in for that box and it can’t be cancelled. You can cancel your subscription now and you won’t be charged for any subsequent boxes until you re-subscribe. You will however, still receive the last box you have been charged for.
Payments are taken on the 10th of the month, you will need to cancel after the 10th and before the 11:59 PM EST on the 9th of the next month of the subscription to ensure you will not be charged for the following issue.

To update subscription details, go to 'Change Payment Details' where you can then update your payment and card details. Please note, if you update card information it will only update on the next purchase and renewal.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
Sorry to hear your payment wasn't processed. The most common reasons for a payment failure are insufficient funds in the account or a decline from the bank. Please make sure your card hasn't expired or is registered at an alternative billing address.
If you’d like to know the specific reason code that was supplied by your bank, email us and we can let you know. There’s unfortunately nothing we can do beyond this point – it’s up to you to contact your bank and ensure that your card is authorized for BrewDog & Friends recurring payment attempts via Stripe.
