Crooked Stave - St Bretta
Brettanomyces-fermented wild beer with citrus, fermented in oak.
Complex mineraly funk with a citrusy, coriandery aroma, finishing light and tart, with plenty of farmhouse funk over the top of it all. Superb example of the style from Colorado's champions of sour.
