Delivery and Returns
Netherlands (NL) – 2 working day delivery. For remote areas, a surcharge of €7.50 will be applied. It concerns the following postcodes: 1156, 8881, 8884, 8899, 9166, 1791, 1797, 8891, 8897, 9161, 9164.
Be delivered in time for Christmas: order until December 15 at midnight to receive your package before Christmas.
Free Delivery with minimum spend (since 24.02.2022 - 12.30pm GMT)
• We offer free delivery on all orders above €89.
• Once you reach €69, free delivery will apply at check out.
• Free Delivery doesn’t apply to remote areas concerning the following postcodes:

We use DPD for all orders. DPD will send delivery and tracking details direct to your email. Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page. Please see below for more information..
Orders must be received by 1pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 1pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.
What to expect when you place and order:
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from BrewDog and you will receive another email with tracking / delivery information from DPD.
Parcels are delivered from Monday to Saturday. The 14-digit parcel number allows you to easily track your parcel online. On the day of delivery, DPD will inform the addressee of the one-hour time slot within which the courier will be at their door.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
Returns and refunds:
To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please note, DPD can only return from an address in the Netherlands. If you need to return your goods from France, please contact [email protected] who will advise.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
