PreLaunch 

Rattle & Rum is our latest foray into the stout style; a limited edition rum and oak chip beer that weighs in at 7.4% abv. Built on a foundation of 5 specialty malts and featuring just one hop variety, it’s rich, boozy, and brings a little Caribbean flair to our craft.  
The nose is a combination of rich espresso and vanilla. It’s a full-bodied expression of the style with prominent notes of dark rum, ripe forest berries, and indulgent chocolate brownies.

Stop the clocks for the return of our hop-led homage to American Amber. This five malt, 5% red ale hits the big time with a seven-strong dry hop regime. Berry and citrus collide with caramel and biscuit. Spiced marmalade jostles with chocolate. This is structured anarchy of malt and hops, timed to perfection.
