BrewDog Fulfilment
We get it – you want those tasty brews in your belly as soon as possible. Our small team dispatches once a week with Australia Post (and bi-weekly during peak periods).
Delivery Timeframes
We work closely with Australia Post to have our goods shipped out to you and therefore cannot accept liability for delay.
You can view Australia Post delivery timeframes here. Deliveries are sent from our Murarrie warehouse in Brisbane 4172.
Note: We do not operate on public holidays including the Easter long weekends, Anzac Day and Christmas holidays.

These timeframes may differ for regional areas, alcohol free zones and pending restrictions or delays to Australia Post services. They are also based on traditional periods (aka not during the silly season - please expect delays over December).
Signature on Arrival
You’re buying beer, so you guessed it - deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older.
There are a few loop holes. If you're purchasing alcohol free beer then signature is not required. If however you're purchasing mixed packs of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer then a signature will be required. It's the way our couriers roll.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Alcohol Returns
We package up our beers pretty damn tight, but if something happens to them such as a:
Problem or mistake with your alcohol order (beers, cider or spirits)
Items are faulty
Or you wish to return goods for any other reason
Please contact us at [email protected] noting you are using our Australian delivery service with your order number and details of the issues.
It is the responsibility of you the customer to report goods damaged in transit.
Merchandise Returns
If you wish to return merchandise goods only, they must be returned in their original packaging to:

Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back to our brewery, a refund will be processed for the goods (minus applicable shipping costs) unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page. So for example, if you enter in the wrong delivery address on checkout then you aren’t eligible for a refund (but don’t worry, we’d help redirect your parcel as best we can).
We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above. No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.
Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. BrewDog is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling. That’s a fancy way of saying – put your beers in the fridge so they stay fresh.
Alcohol is best enjoyed in moderation.
