Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our online business.

BrewDog reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.


You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in Australia. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.

We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, BrewDog takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any information relating to a third party that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until BrewDog have dispatched the items to you.

BrewDog will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.


Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards through Stripe. We cannot take orders by phone or email.

Card payments are made through a secure server. BrewDog does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.


We dispatch once a week on Fridays. For full delivery information please read through our Delivery & Returns page.

We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.

Delivery timeframes will depend upon the shipping address with Australia Post. An order cannot be upgraded beyond standard delivery.

You can view Australia Post delivery timeframes here. Deliveries are sent from our Murarrie warehouse in Brisbane 4172 on Fridays.

From Friday, the estimated arrival time is -

  • Estimated @ 1-2 business days for QLD    

  • Estimated @ 2-3 business days for NSW, VIC, SA and ACT      

  • Estimated @ 2-4 business days for TAS

  • Estimated @ 3-4 business days for WA

  • Estimated @ 3-6 business days for NT

Please check Australia Post directly for expected delivery times. November/December and lockdowns have an ongoing impact on deliveries.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above.

No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.

Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. BrewDog is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.

Alcohol is best enjoyed in moderation.


Alcohol Returns

We package up our beers pretty damn tight, but if something happens to them such as a:

  • Problem or mistake with your alcohol order (beers, cider or spirits)

  • Items are faulty

  • Or you wish to return goods for any other reason

Please contact us at [email protected] noting you are using our Australian delivery service with your order number and details of the issues.

It is the responsibility of you the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

Merchandise Returns

If you wish to return merchandise goods only, they must be returned in their original packaging to:

Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back to our brewery, a refund will be processed for the goods (minus applicable shipping costs) unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.


A cookie is a small data file stored by your web browser on your computer. It allows us to recognise your computer by associating the identification numbers in the cookie with other customer information you have provided to us. That customer information is stored on our secured database. We use cookies to keep track of what you have in your basket and to remember you when you return to our site. They can also tell us which website you came to us from.

Cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

Cookies are also used in the functioning of the online store section of our site, by keeping track of information you enter into the site (products chosen, delivery address etc) so that it can be passed onto us to generate your order.

This may however prevent you from using this website.


BrewDog is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research or where we have your
express permission to do so. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your expressed permission.

BrewDog does not collect Personal Information about you, except when you provide it to us. When you submit your Personal Information you will be asked to consent to the processing and transfers of your Personal Information. If you would prefer that we don’t collect any Personal Information from you, please do not provide us with any such information. We will use the Personal Information you provide us only for the purposes of processing your orders and responding to any comments or questions you have.

We may use the information you provide in aggregate (non-personally identifiable) form for internal business purposes, such as generating statistics and developing marketing plans. We may collect, store or accumulate certain non-personally identifiable information concerning your use of, such as information regarding which of our pages are most
popular and general website administration.

We may also use your information to tell you about our products, promotions and special offers that may be of interest to you, by email, mail or by telephone. In particular, we may look at what you have previously ordered in an attempt to tell you about promotions that will be of particular interest to you. All customers are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such further information that they give by contacting customer services at [email protected]

We may disclose any information, including Personal Information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

Sensitive information is not sought through this website. Sensitive information includes data relating to: race or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or other similar beliefs; physical or mental health. If you do provide sensitive information, by providing that information you explicitly consent to us using it for the purposes for which it has been provided.


All content included on this website, unless uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of BrewDog, our affiliates or other relevant third
parties.  By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by BrewDog.


To sign up to Planet BrewDog, customers must create an account and tick the marketing consent box. Existing account holders can join Planet BrewDog by editing their marketing preferences here and ticking the ‘BrewDog News and Updates’ option. 

Equity Punk investors are automatically enrolled into Planet BrewDog. 

You can unsubscribe at any time by unticking the ‘Planet BrewDog communications’ box here. Equity Punk Investors will receive the better price of their Equity Punk discount or unlocked promotional price as a Planet BrewDog member.

Planet BrewDog members unlock access to promotions as a core benefit. Excludes clearance products which can be purchased at their discounted rate, regardless of Planet BrewDog membership status.

AU customers currently do not have access to Planet BrewDog badges and rewards. For customers shopping across different BrewDog markets, the website locale your account was first created on will be used as your primary market. Your primary market cannot be altered after being created unless requested via [email protected]. Only customers with a primary market of UK can unlock badges and rewards. 

BrewDog reserve the right to add, amend, remove or cancel a badge and/or the related reward.

Badges/rewards are not refundable or exchangeable and cannot be transferred to another account or customer. 

BrewDog are not responsible for refunding a product based on misunderstanding of reward.

These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. Our failure to enforce a right does not amount to waiver of it.


Christmas booking policy

Groups of 12+ booking over the Christmas period (28/10/22 - 24/05/22) during peak times must pre order food from the Christmas offerings. Food orders must be equivalent to minimum one serve per person booked. Groups of 12+ during off peak times may be required to provide a pre order that needs to be approved by management.

Cancellation policy

Deposits for bookings cancelled 14 days or more out from the booking will receive a full refund.

Should DogTap Brisbane receive cancellation of a booking within 14 days the confirmed booking time the full deposit will be withheld.

Seating requests

All seating requests will be taken into consideration however are not guaranteed.

Please ensure all guests are aware of the booking name to avoid delays upon arrival.

All bookings that have selected an outdoor space will be moved into the brewery space in the event of rain. The customer must be aware that there will be no movement of bookings from the outdoor space to our indoor seating area - but rather the brewery space.

Drinks package

Drinks package is available for groups of 10+ and must be pre booked. Drinks packages will commence at the confirmation time of the reservation. Wristbands will be provided specifically for the correct amount of pre booked guests and will include the start and end time of package. Tampered wristbands will not be accepted. Patrons may be required to remove wristbands at the conclusion of their package.

Drinks will be served one per person;:

  • Beer - schooner (400ml)

  • Wine - 150ml

  • Soft drinks - 300ml (high balls)

  • Add on spirits - 30ml spirit + mixer

Listed beverages are subject to availability. Management will notify host of substitute where necessary and indicate when the group is entering the final 15 minutes of their package.

Bar Tabs

A card that can be used for full payment at the conclusion of your booking must be provided in order to set up a bar tab.

Wristbands will be provided and the host must confirm in writing which bar tab ruling they will be applying. Whilst staff will do their best to limit the group to these beverage options it is ultimately the responsibility of the customers and/or host to stick to these rules. Full payment must be made at the conclusion of the tab.

Responsible service of alcohol

By law, management reserves the right to cease serving alcohol to patrons and ask any unruly guests to leave the premises.


A $200.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation during the Christmas period for both off peak and on peak bookings of 12+.


Contracts will be signed at least 4 weeks prior to the reservation date. The contract will be used to confirm all details including but not limited to food, drinks and chosen space.

Early access and decorations

Any early access to tables/spaces must be approved by management prior to the booking. There is no guarantee that the space will be available to customers before the booked time. Decorations that do not interfere with other guests are allowed. All decorations must be taken off-site at the conclusion of the booking by the customer

Client responsibilities

All guests are responsible for any property bought with them to DogTap Brisbane including but not limited to; cakes, decorations and personal belongings. The customer is financially liable for any damages sustained, or loss incurred to the property.

Venue closure

In the unlikely event that the venue need to close due to events such as covid or natural distorter, the customer will be notified and refunded prior payments in full. In this case the reservations team will be in contact with the customer immediately.


Dogs can only be accommodated outside at DogTap Brisbane. A note must be made if there is a dog accompanying a reservation. If a table change is made to the indoor space due to weather or allocation changes then the owner must be aware that the dog will not be allowed to move inside. All dogs must be on a leash.
