We use ParcelForce for all orders within Mainland UK. Standard Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days, although we endeavour to deliver earlier than this where possible. Please see below for more information. For all Next (working) Day Delivery options and Saturday Delivery your order must be placed by 3pm Monday-Friday to qualify. For example, if you place an order at 5pm on a Monday it will be delivered to you on the Wednesday.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page. If you order Next (working) Day Delivery after 3pm Friday or at the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

If you provide us with your mobile number at the checkout you will receive a text message on the day of delivery that will allow you to choose whether to:

Deliver to a neighbour

Deliver to a local post office for collection at a time that’s more convenient for you

Deliver on another day if that day is not convenient

If you don’t provide a number and you aren’t in, you’ll be left a card that will allow you to select from the above options.


Orders must be received by 3pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day.

Any item ordered after 3pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.

For international orders, please provide a local phone number, including country code (for example, +44 for UK), which the courier can use to contact you in the event that they need more information to complete the delivery.


Whilst we are able to deliver to BFPO addresses, these deliveries will take slightly longer than our standard delivery, depending on the station. We will deliver into the forces postal service via Royal Mail, at which point we will have limited tracking available as this is a closed service.

Please note that while alcohol MAY be ordered to BFPO addresses, there is a 24% ABV limit on any goods accepted into the BFPO system. Orders containing items of a higher ABV may be destroyed.

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from BrewDog and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched (with a text message on the day of delivery if your parcel is shipped with ParcelForce). Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Please note: For Next Day orders the order must be placed by 3pm Monday-Friday to be delivered the next working day.


As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.

Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


If goods are to be returned to BrewDog, they must be returned in their original packaging. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this. Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next Working Day, Next Working Day AM/PM, or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

In the case of an Equity Punk free upgrade to Next Working Day delivery order (£5 for Equity Punks, £10 normally), no refunds are due in the case of service interruptions.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order) we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.
