DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard Delivery (Mainland UK):

  • Price: £4.95.

  • Once you've hit £40 that's free delivery on your entire order!

  • Delivered within 3 days, Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver Personalised Cans within 4 working days.

Standard Delivery (Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, The Hebrides, Orkney Islands, and the Isle of Man)

  • Price: £9.95

  • Once you've hit £40 the delivery cost is reduced to £4.95

  • Next Day Delivery is not available

  • We do not ship to Jersey and Guernsey.

Next Day Delivery:

  • Price: £7.95.

  • Once you've hit £40, enjoy a reduced rate of £2.95.

  • Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day for delivery Monday-Friday.

  • Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

  • Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available for orders containing an advent calendar or personalised cans.

CONVENIENT DELIVERY – YOU CHOOSE WHEN AND WHERE

We use DHL for all orders within Mainland UK.

Standard Delivery is usually delivered within 3 days, Monday to Friday . Please see below for more information. 

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

If you provide us with your mobile number at the checkout you will receive a text message on the day of delivery that will allow you to choose whether to:

  • Deliver to a neighbour

  • Deliver to a local post office for collection at a time that’s more convenient for you

  • Deliver on another working day if that day is not convenient

If you don’t provide a number and you aren’t in, you’ll be left a card that will allow you to select from the above options.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

Orders must be received by 2pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 2pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.

Standard Delivery
Orders on our standard delivery service are usually delivered within 3 days, Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 5pm on a Friday please allow an additional day for delivery.

For all orders please provide a local phone number, including country code (for example, +44 for UK), which the courier can use to contact you in the event that they need more information to complete the delivery. Please note, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

BFPO ADDRESSES

Whilst we are able to deliver to BFPO addresses, these deliveries will take slightly longer than our standard delivery, depending on the station. We will deliver into the forces postal service via Royal Mail, at which point we will have limited tracking available as this is a closed service.

Please note that while alcohol MAY be ordered to BFPO addresses, there is a 24% ABV limit on any goods accepted into the BFPO system. Orders containing items of a higher ABV may be destroyed.

 

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS POSTCODES

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

  • All deliveries on the mainland are a two day service

  • Deliveries to Scottish Islands (HS1 to HS9 and PA40 to PA78) have a transit range of 3 to 7 days due to ferry scheduling (currently operating subject to ongoing co-vid arrangements)

  • There are no weekend services, so parcels collected Thursday have a target day of Monday (in two day areas) and if collected Friday, have a target day of Tuesday (again two day areas)

  • Parcels collected and processed through our Hub over the weekend, have target day Wednesday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our BrewDog UK online shop currently delivers to all UK addresses plus Isle of Man. We do not dispatch outside of the UK, though customers in France, Netherlands, Spain and Germany can still make purchases through our dedicated online shops here:

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER 

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from BrewDog and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

 

VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.

Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;

Once you have arranged your return, please contact our Customer Service team here, along with proof of return, and they can assist with your refund.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk here and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order) we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.
