DRY JANUARY SURVIVAL KIT

What is inside the Dry January Survival Kit? Is it the same as last year?   

Our Dry January Survival Kit is back and better than ever. It comes with 3, exclusive 6-packs of non-alcoholic beer (that’s 18 cans!), plus a box-exclusive, limited edition glass. Each brew will have an ABV <0.5%.   

Where can you ship?   

Non-Alcoholic Beer with an ABV of 0.5% and under, can be shipped to ALL states within the US EXCLUDINGAK, GA, HI, ID, KS, MI, MS. BrewDog is unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Minor Outlying Islands, and other areas outside of the continental United States.  

Does the Dry January Survival Kit come with free shipping?   

Yes! Shipping is included for FREE for all purchases of the Dry January Survival Kit.  

Can I give the Dry January Survival kit as a gift? How do I ensure my packages are shipped to multiple addresses?   

Of course! It’s a gift that keeps on giving. To ship multiple orders checkout separately for each shipping location.  

Can My NA beer be left outside when delivered?   

Package will be left at your door if you are not home for delivery. Non-alcoholic beer does freeze if left out in sub-freezing temperatures; it can freeze in as little as an hour at 25 degrees Fahrenheit.  We encourage all customers to sign up for  UPS My Choice (for free) to view details of and manage your deliveries.  

Where can I buy your Dry January Kit?   

This will be an online exclusive. Pre-orders begin in November, so act fast because it won’t be around for long!  

What are the nutritional values?   

Many of our NA beers are gluten reduced, vegan, low in calories and carbs. The nutrition information can be found on our spoiler's page HERE for more details.   

When will my order ship? Where is my order?  

Preorders will begin to ship in mid-December. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, but we aim to deliver earlier than this where possible.  

When your item is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking details. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder. We encourage all customers to sign up for UPS My Choice (for free) to view details of and manage your deliveries.  

What if I miss the pre-order window? Can I still get my Dry January Kit?  

Don't worry! While pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee your order, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but supplies may be limited. So, it's always better to take one thing off your shopping list and pre-order early!  

Can I customize my Dry January Survival Kit if I pre-order?   

Unfortunately, customization options are not available. However, our box is thoughtfully curated with a variety of unique non-alcoholic brews. If there is a quality issue or damaged product, please let us know and we'll make it right.   

Can you ship outside of the US?   

Due to shipping limitations, we cannot ship internationally or to areas outside of the continental United States. Sorry!  

How can I check the status of my order?   

Log into your BrewDog.com account to see the status of your order. Please note: You must have signed into your account PRIOR to checking out to view your order/s. Any orders placed as a guest will NOT show in your account. If you ordered without logging in, simply continue to check your email for any updates. We will send you an email with your tracking number when your package begins to ship in mid-December.  

Why can’t I see my orders in my account?  

Any orders placed prior to creating your account, or purchased as a guest, will not appear. Only purchases made while logged in will show in your account. Any orders placed as a guest will NOT show in your account and cannot be added retroactively.   

How will my order be delivered?  

Non-alcoholic beer orders will be shipped via UPS and placed at your door upon delivery. No signature will be required. We encourage all customers to sign up for UPS My Choice (for free) to view details of and manage your deliveries.  

Can I change my address/details once an order is placed?   

If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we will try our best to help. However, orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for picking and packing once a label is created, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct your address in time.   

Once packed and shipped, the best way to make any change to your delivery will be to contact UPS directly with your tracking number. You can call their customer service line at 1 (800) 742-5877 or through UPS My Choice. Please note, UPS will charge a fee to change an address on an already packed shipment.  

My order was delivered, and I have missing or broken glass, what do I do?
