How can I place an order?
Browse through our selection of BrewDog beer, merchandise and more, pick your favorite and reach out to our team via [email protected] letting us know what you need with your first and last name, phone number, billing address, date of event and preferred pick-up date/time. Our team will confirm your order and send your invoice via email.
What is the advantage of ordering directly through BrewDog instead of grabbing at my local grocery store?
We love your support for BrewDog beer, no matter where you purchase it from! When purchasing directly through BrewDog HQ you will gain discounts on bulk orders, ensure availability of your favorite styles and easily arrange pick-up of your customized and hand-picked order. Plus, ordering directly through BrewDog allows you to communicate with dedicated BrewDog reps who know our products and will ensure your event is a success!

What types of events and gifting is this type of ordering available for?
Weddings, corporate parties, graduations, corporate gifting, holiday gifting, retirement parties, or wherever else you want to bring the gift of BrewDog! Reminder: 21+ to drink and purchase alcohol. Purchasers cannot re-sell product, as it must be used for personal consumption.
Is there an order minimum when ordering for my event?
There is an ordering value minimum of $150, for more details reach out to us at [email protected]
Is there a deadline to order for my upcoming event?
To ensure availability we prefer 1-2 months notice for large orders, however, a minimum of 1-2 weeks is required. Send our team a note and we will see what we can do!
Where do I pick up my order?
Pick-ups are only available at BrewDog USA HQ at 96 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, OH 43110, at the warehouse entrance – more specific directions will be provided via email. Customers must arrive during your set date and time window (typically M-F between 9-3pm EST). Just give us the name on the order and show proof of ID (21+).
Can you deliver?
Unfortunately, not right now, but keep checking in as our offerings are always changing. For larger orders (20+ cases), reach out to our team and we can see what we can make happen for local delivery.
Can I pick it up at another bar?
At this time pick up for event orders are ONLY available at BrewDog 96 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Stay tuned for new offerings.
What if I have something else in mind - I don't see the specific beer or merchandise product that I would like to buy in bulk for my event?

How do I pay my invoice? Is there a due date?
Click the link in the invoice that was emailed to you. Pay via the Stripe portal using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash App pay, ACH Transfer). Payment MUST be received a week prior to pick up.
Can other promotions/discounts be added?
Orders cannot be stacked with any other current promotion and or discount, including EFP Discounts.
I don’t want a full case of a certain style, are partial cases of beer allowed?
Sorry, bulk orders are only available in cases (24 cans per case), and an order minimum of $150.00.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our team [email protected] as soon as possible. NOTE: We cannot change or cancel the order 1 week prior to pick-up date.
