BrewDog Denver: TRIP TO SCOTLAND Raffle:

Raffle Entry Terms and Conditions:


• Opening raffle is open to customers aged 21 years and over.
• Winner must be present when the raffle is drawn. If the winner/number is not present, the number will be redrawn.
• The winner will be announced in bar on Friday, April 19th 2024.
• BrewDog and BrewDog Franchisee employees and close relatives are ineligible to enter.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity and social media activity aligned to the prize promotion.
• The promoter will notify the winner with full prize terms and conditions including where and how the prize can be redeemed.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

SCOTLAND TRIP Prize Terms and Conditions:


• The “Trip to Scotland” consists of return flights from the winner’s airport of choice to Scotland, including two nights in either (i) BrewDog Doghouse Hotel Edinburgh or (ii) BrewDog Kennels Aberdeen, and a visit to the BrewDog Brewery in Ellon.
• The first flight will be to Edinburgh Airport.
• The prize is for two people.
• We reserve the right to determine dates of travel and routes. No travel or stays between July 28th and September 1st.
• Two night accommodation with breakfast included. In a DogHouse Edinburgh the room will be a Punk Suite. One room for two people.
• Two travel tickets to Aberdeen. Either bus or rail tickets depending on dates of travel.
• Two travel tickets to Ellon. Depending on dates of travel this may be bus or taxi.
• Return flight from Aberdeen to winner’s airport of choice.
• Travel routes and dates of travel can be upgraded for upcharge payable by the winner directly with the travel provider.
• Hotel stay can be upgraded for upcharge. Payable by the winner directly to the accommodation provider.
• The prize is valid for 12 months from April 19th 2024.
• No spending money is included.
• Bookings at DogHouse Hotels and BrewDog Kennels are subject to availability.
• Winner agrees to take part in marketing promotion around the prize and co-operate with publicity, in the use of their name, photograph, and any comments in such publicity. Disagreement of this, forfeits prize.
• The Trip is fully non-transferrable, non-refundable and no cash equivalent will be offered at any time or under any circumstances.
• Winner must ensure they arrange their own travel insurance, travel visas, and must ensure that their travel documents (including passport) are valid for all dates of travel. If any issues arise due to invalid documents, BrewDog accepts no liability whatsoever for any delays or costs arising from such delays.

Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our business.

BrewDog reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.

Making an enquiry or booking:

By successfully booking the provision of products and services at any of our Venues by any means, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

When you make an enquiry or agree a provisional booking, we will allocate a unique booking reference number that allows us to track your booking.

Your enquiry or provisional booking only becomes a confirmed booking when we have accepted the deposit or full payment, or you have provided card details for which we have taken a successful pre-authentiation check. We will then send you a booking confirmation email containing the booking reference number, at which point a contract exists between us. This email clearly states that it is a booking confirmation email. Your booking and the provision of our products and services is subject to these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to ensure the details shown on the booking confirmation email are correct.

Your enquiry or booking will only be accepted if the lead booker is aged 18 or over at the time of event and can provide a valid form of identification such as a passport or drivers license on the event date.

Guests:

If any members of your party are under the age of 18 during the time of your event, you must contact the venue in advance to inform them of this.

If the lead booker cannot prove that they are aged 18 or over, upon arrival at the venue, or if the venue has not been contacted and informed prior to the event date that guests are under the age of 18, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

If less than 60% of your confirmed guest number for the booking arrives on the day, without giving 7 days prior notice, your booking will be considered to be in violation of the booking terms. In the event of notice being given 7 days prior, for any payment for guest pre-orders that is already made and falls within the cancellation window, will be able to be used by the party on the day up to the value of the total amount paid.

Deposits:

A deposit will be charged to the payment card details provided upon submission of your enquiry or booking. The value of the deposit will vary depending on the event type, any package of products, and the venue.

All bookings made via our website or otherwise that are not asked to pay a deposit, may require the provision of valid credit or debit card details for pre-authorisation. This will secure your booking. the rules of an authentication follow a deposit in terms of cancellation and payments for food or drink packages.

Deposits are non-refundable unless an Event Beyond Our Reasonable Control occurs.

Deposits may be refunded solely at the discretion of the manager at the venue hosting your event.

No shows or cancellation charges may be waived solely at the discretion of the manager of the venue hosting your event.

Card payments are made through a secure server. BrewDog does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

Loss of deposit


Any deposit may become non-refundable in the following circumstances:

  1. if you fail to pay us when required to do so in accordance with these terms and conditions

  2. if you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide our goods and services to you

  3. if the person who made the booking or any party to the booking cannot prove they are over the age of 18 upon arrival at the venue, or if the venue has not been contacted and informed prior to the Arrival Date that some within the persons party for this booking are under the age of 18

  4. if you fail to provide us with your pre-order, or if you fail to pay the balance, within the designated deadline of your booking type

  5. if you cancel the booking after the cancellation window deadline

  6. if you or any party to your booking fails to attend the booking at the venue you selected on the arrival date and you are recorded as a no show

  7. if you or any party of your booking is intoxicated, abusive or discriminatory towards members of the staff or other customers during the duration of your booking.

Deposit refunds are solely at the discretion of the manager of the venue hosting your event.

Pre-Orders

We will send you a pre-order email giving information on a selection of products and services by which you are required to pre-order.

You must submit your pre-order by email or through the website by the deadline stated in our pre-order email.

If you fail to provide us with your pre-order by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and terminate the contract with immediate effect. Refund of your deposit will be solely at the discretion of the manager of the venue hosting your event.

Short notice bookings:

You must:

(a) select your pre-order at the time of the submission of the Booking; and

(b) pay any deposit, at the time of the submission of the Booking

Our acceptance of Short Notice Bookings is conditional upon the satisfaction of above and at the discretion of the manager of the venue hosting the event.

Making changes to your bookings:

You may request to make changes to your booking or pre-order up to 7 days before your booking date. If you wish to make a change to your booking or pre-order please do so via the confirmation email, or by contacting the venue at which your booking is located directly. We will let you know if the change is possible. All changes to your booking or pre-order are subject to availability at the time the change is requested. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the products, their timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

We may make changes to your booking or pre-order. This includes, for example:

(a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;

(b) to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat;

We may also make more significant changes to your booking or pre-order. If we do so we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and if it is 7 or more days from your booking date, you may contact us to cancel the booking and terminate the contract with immediate effect. Refund of your deposit will be solely at the discretion of the manager at the venue at which your booking is located. We will refund you for any balance paid for products not received.

Any changes you make to your booking regarding the number of attendees must be informed to the venue prior to the cancellation window deadline. The changes to your booking regrading the numbers of attendees will be at the venues discretion and may require a change in contract terms.

We may stop providing certain products, or certain products may become unavailable for delivery on your booking date. If this happens and if your pre-ordered items are affected as a result we will use reasonable efforts to contact you at least 7 days in advance, where possible, and offer you what is, in our opinion, a suitable alternative where possible. If no suitable alternative can be offered, in our reasonable opinion, we may at our discretion refund the entirety of any balance paid for products not received together with any deposit already paid.

You must attend your booking at the venue which you selected. We will not allow you to transfer your booking to any of our other venues. Failure to attend the venue which you selected on the booking date will be recorded as a No Show and the loss of deposit clause will stand.

Cancellation Window Deadlines


Eat: Your card details may be taken to secure the booking and the deposit/authentication amount will be charged to this card if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show

Cancellation Window Deadline: 24hrs prior to event


Drink: Your card details may be taken to secure the booking and deposit/authentication amount will be charged to this card if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show

Cancellation Window Deadline: 24hrs prior to event


DeskDog: Co-working Space: Full payment may be required to secure this booking and will be forfeited if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show

Cancellation Window Deadline: 48hrs prior to event


Wings Wednesday: Your card details may be taken to secure the booking and £5 per person will be charged to this card if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show.

Cancellation Window Deadline: 24hrs prior to event


Beer School Experience: We will take an authentication of £25 per person to secure this booking. Authentication will only be claimed form the account if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show on the day.

Cancellation Window Deadline: 7 days prior to event


Dog Pawty: We would take a 20% deposit to secure this booking and final balance is due 7 days prior to the booking date along with any pre-orders. Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show

Cancellation Window Deadline: 14 days prior to event


Bookings of over 15 guests: We would require a 20% deposit to secure this booking and final balance is due 14 days prior to the booking date along with any pre-orders.

Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show

Cancellation Window Deadline: 14 days prior to event


Private Hire or Semi-Private Hire: We would require a 20% deposit to secure this booking and confirm the use of the space. Final balance is due 21 days prior to the booking date along with any pre-orders. Final balance will involve payment for any pre-orders placed for this booking. This total amount will all contribute to the agreed minimum spend. Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel after the Cancellation Window Deadline or you are recorded as a no show.

Cancellation Window Deadline: 21 days prior to event

Cancellations:

You may cancel your booking, and terminate the contract with immediate effect, up to the end of the cancellation window deadline by calling or emailing us. Deposits and pre-authorisations will be refunded or unclaimed solely at the discretion of the manager of the venue at which your booking is hosted.

We may cancel your Booking, and terminate the contract:

(a) with immediate effect and without notice to you if you fail to pay us when required to do so in accordance with these Terms;

(b) with immediate effect, or by reasonable written notice where possible, if an Event Beyond Our Reasonable Control means that we are not able to provide our products to you and fulfil your booking. In the event of such a cancellation all charges that have been made to the credit or debit card details you provided us including deposit and any balance paid will be refunded;

(c) with immediate effect if you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide our goods and services to you, for example the number of people party to your booking;

(d) if the lead booker or any guests to the booking cannot prove they are over the age of 18 upon arrival at the venue, or if the venue has not been contacted and informed prior to the booking date that guests party to a booking are under the age of 18;

(e) with immediate effect if you fail to provide us with your pre-order within 7 days of the date of your pre-order email as required;

(f) by 7 days’ written notice to you if in our reasonable opinion we cannot fulfil your booking or provide products in accordance with your pre-order requirements after having sent you a confirmation email. In the event of such a cancellation all charges, including deposit, that have been made to the credit or debit card details you provided to us will be refunded to you.

No Shows:

If you and your guests fail to attend the booking within the 15 minutes after your booking time is due to start, we will record that failure to attend as a No Show, and the contract will terminate with immediate effect.

If you are recorded as a no show, any monies you will have paid will be forfeited or a charge will occur based on your booking type. This will be on a per person or per booking basis as outlined when you submitted your enquiry.

Refunds:

We will refund any amount that might be due in accordance with these terms and conditions.

We can only process refunds using the initial method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear back in your account.

Events beyond our reasonable control:

We will not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of the obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

(a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster;

(b) epidemic or pandemic;

(c) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations;

(d) nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom;

(e) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent;

(f) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident;

(g) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts;

(h) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors;

(i) interruption or failure of utility service or equipment

If any of the above apply and we need to amend your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. We can offer you a full refund or we can postpone your booking for up to 18 months after the original date of your event.

Loss or damange suffered by you

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of breaching these Terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process. We are not responsible for loss or damage not caused as a result of a breach of these Terms.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
