By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Use of any functionality of brewdog.com/au constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our online business.
BrewDog reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.
General
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in Australia. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.
We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.
While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.
We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, BrewDog takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any information relating to a third party that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until BrewDog have dispatched the items to you.
BrewDog will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.
Offers
Online offers are not redeemable through our bars unless otherwise advertised as so.
Payment
Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards through Stripe. We cannot take orders by phone or email.
Card payments are made through a secure server. BrewDog does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
Delivery
For full delivery information please read through our Delivery & Returns page.
Delivery timeframes will depend upon the shipping address with Australia Post. An order cannot be upgraded beyond standard delivery.
We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay. You can view Australia Post delivery timeframes here. Deliveries are sent from our Murarrie warehouse in Brisbane 4172 weekly (and bi-weekly during peak periods like December).
Please check Australia Post directly for expected delivery times. Peak periods over December have an ongoing impact on turn around time.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Alcohol Returns
We package up our beers pretty damn tight, but if something happens to them such as a:
Problem or mistake with your alcohol order (beers, cider or spirits)
Items are faulty
Or you wish to return goods for any other reason
Please contact us at [email protected] noting you are using our Australian delivery service with your order number and details of the issues.
It is the responsibility of you the customer to report goods damaged in transit.
Merchandise Returns
If you wish to return merchandise goods only, they must be returned in their original packaging to:

Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back to our brewery, a refund will be processed for the goods (minus applicable shipping costs) unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
COOKIES
A cookie is a small data file stored by your web browser on your computer. It allows us to recognise your computer by associating the identification numbers in the cookie with other customer information you have provided to us. That customer information is stored on our secured database. We use cookies to keep track of what you have in your basket and to remember you when you return to our site. They can also tell us which website you came to us from.
Cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
Cookies are also used in the functioning of the online store section of our site, by keeping track of information you enter into the site (products chosen, delivery address etc) so that it can be passed onto us to generate your order.

PRIVACY POLICY
BrewDog is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research or where we have your
express permission to do so. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your expressed permission.
BrewDog does not collect Personal Information about you, except when you provide it to us. When you submit your Personal Information you will be asked to consent to the processing and transfers of your Personal Information. If you would prefer that we don’t collect any Personal Information from you, please do not provide us with any such information. We will use the Personal Information you provide us only for the purposes of processing your orders and responding to any comments or questions you have.
We may use the information you provide in aggregate (non-personally identifiable) form for internal business purposes, such as generating statistics and developing marketing plans. We may collect, store or accumulate certain non-personally identifiable information concerning your use of BrewDog.com, such as information regarding which of our pages are most
popular and general website administration.
We may also use your information to tell you about our products, promotions and special offers that may be of interest to you, by email, mail or by telephone. In particular, we may look at what you have previously ordered in an attempt to tell you about promotions that will be of particular interest to you. All customers are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such further information that they give by contacting customer services at [email protected].
We may disclose any information, including Personal Information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Sensitive information is not sought through this website. Sensitive information includes data relating to: race or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or other similar beliefs; physical or mental health. If you do provide sensitive information, by providing that information you explicitly consent to us using it for the purposes for which it has been provided.

PLANET BREWDOG
To sign up to Planet BrewDog, customers must create an account and tick the marketing consent box. Existing account holders can join Planet BrewDog by editing their marketing preferences here and ticking the ‘BrewDog News and Updates’ option.Â
Equity Punk investors are automatically enrolled into Planet BrewDog.Â
You can unsubscribe at any time by unticking the ‘Planet BrewDog communications’ box here. Equity Punk Investors will receive the better price of their Equity Punk discount or unlocked promotional price as a Planet BrewDog member.
Planet BrewDog members unlock access to promotions as a core benefit. Excludes clearance products which can be purchased at their discounted rate, regardless of Planet BrewDog membership status.
AU customers currently do not have access to Planet BrewDog badges and rewards. For customers shopping across different BrewDog markets, the website locale your account was first created on will be used as your primary market. Your primary market cannot be altered after being created unless requested via [email protected]. Only customers with a primary market of UK can unlock badges and rewards.Â
BrewDog reserve the right to add, amend, remove or cancel a badge and/or the related reward.
Badges/rewards are not refundable or exchangeable and cannot be transferred to another account or customer.Â
BrewDog are not responsible for refunding a product based on misunderstanding of reward.Â

NOTICE
These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. Our failure to enforce a right does not amount to waiver of it.
STORE CREDITS
Customers who have been issued store credit either as an Equity Punk benefit, customer service goodwill gesture, or other reason will have 12 months to redeem their store credit before it expires. BrewDog reserve the right to add, amend or remove store credit. Store credit is not refundable or exchangeable and cannot be transferred to another account or customer. Other restrictions may apply.
ONLINE GIFT CARDS (NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE)
Redemption: BrewDog eGift Cards are redeemable via the brewdog.com/au online store across alcohol and merch. They are not redeemable through any BrewDog bars.
Delivery: Gift Cards are delivered via email immediately. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period, the may have occurred:
Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
Recipient's firewall blocked the email
Email inbox is over size limit
Invalid email address
Contact [email protected] with any further issues re: delivery and we’ll do our best to assist. Please have your order number available. Please note: staggered or scheduled email sends are currently not available.
Expiry: The Gift Card is valid for up to three years from the issue date. No extensions are available on Gift Cards after three years.
Usage: There is no restriction on low value purchases, as the remaining Gift Card value is stored for future use.
View your balance: To check your available balance, please login to your BrewDog account here and navigate to your ‘Account’ section.
Fees and charges: There are no additional fees or charges involved with purchasing or redeeming a BrewDog Gift Card.
Lost or stolen: Lost or stolen Gift Cards are not replaced. BrewDog reserves the right to cancel BrewDog Gift Cards if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered, or cancelled Gift Cards will not be accepted.
Refunds: You have the right to cancel your order for a BrewDog eGift Card at any time up to fourteen (14) days after the BrewDog eGift Card is received, provided none of the balance on your BrewDog eGift Card has been spent.
After this fourteen (14 day) grace period - no refunds, cancellations or refunds are available once Gift Card has been purchased.
