Do you have car parking?

We do not have on-site parking, but we do have a discount at the NCP Holyrood car park nearby (2 Viewcraig Gardens, EH8 9UL). Just drop us an email a few days before your stay and we can advise of the latest discount code and how to use it!

When is check-in and check-out?

Check in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. We do not offer an early check-in or late check-out, but you’re welcome to drop luggage at reception, or if you arrive a bit early can sit and enjoy a beer while you wait!

What time is food served?

Brunch is served 7am – 3pm daily and our main menu is served 12pm – 10pm. However if you are a hotel guest you can also get hotdogs delivered to your room 24 hours a day!

What beer is available in the room?

You have a fully stocked minibar in the room with lots of beery and non-beery options – this is chargeable by item as per the minibar menu in the room. You can also add some of our epic beer packages to the room too! 

You can also earn a free beer at the bar if you are staying multiple nights and reuse your towels – check out the sign in your bathroom for more details!

Can I upgrade my room?

Upgrades are subject to availability to please get in touch! Our Punk Suite is already amazing, but you can upgrade to a Brewmaster Suite for just £35 for an even more spacious room with a sofa in the living area, or to one of our incredible Captains Suites for just £55. The sofas in both these rooms can also be turned into sofa beds for additional guests too (charges apply).

Can I add additional guests to my booking?

You can add up to 2 additional guests in a Brewmaster or Captains Suite as these have the option of a sofa bed. Guests under 12 are free, each additional guest is +£25. Cots can be provided in any room free of charge (and in addition to sofa beds).

Are the rooms accessible?

We have one fully wheelchair accessible room available, with stairless entry and a walk in shower wet room. You can select this room when booking online, but please get in touch with reception if you have any particular accessibility requirements we can assist with in advance of your arrival.

Are the rooms pet friendly?

Absolutely, you are more than welcome to bring your dog, and we’ll even provide a complimentary pooch pack! 

We do have a room that we keep pet-free in case of any guests with allergies, so please let us know in advance if you are bringing your furry friend! Other pets are welcome too – just contact reception to confirm prior to booking.

Can I use my EFP discount in the hotel?

Yes! Your regular EFP discount is available as normal in the bar and can also be applied to your room rate if you booked direct. Just book as normal on the website and present your EFP card/app at check-in. Please note this discount cannot be applied to in-room packages, minibar or rooms booked through 3rd party sites.
