This beer has been brewed to honour those commitments needed to stop the climate crisis - a move to clean energy, less waste, investment in restoring our ecosystem… to name a few. We hope that when it’s finally time to pop open MMXXX, the IPCC 2030 deadline for emissions reduction has been successfully met.
Come January 2030, this beer will either be a celebration of humanity coming together to achieve that reduction, or we’ll be drowning our sorrows with a well-aged and complex beer to accompany the impending apocalypse.

ORIENTATION
Always store MXXX up-right, this helps reduce oxidisation of this beer.
LIGHT
This beer should be kept within the box, ideally in a dark environment. The brown glass used for this bottle minimises the effects of light strike by blocking out light under 500nm wave length.
HUMIDITY
Store in a place with low humidity, and never cellar once opened.
TEMPERATURE
Store in a cool place (ideally 13ºC or below). Do not refrigerate this beer, it is made to be cellared. NEVER leave this beer anywhere that you would not leave your dog (i.e. somewhere too hot!)
