Welcome to our BrewDog Denver bar! Featuring an experimental brewkit, taproom, and patio situated in a 10,000 sq ft site, close to 38th and Blake RTD station.
On tap, we’re pouring 30 taps of BrewDog and Colorado’s finest breweries, alongside our signature BrewDog food menu, packed with burgers, wings and BrewDog Denver exclusive, Mondragón family recipe tacos!
Our Story
Welcome to BrewDog Denver. We are owned by the family team of Juan Carlos Mondragón, son Eduardo, daughter Paloma and husband Elliot. BrewDog Denver is our passion project and a journey we have been on since Paloma came to Scotland, the home of BrewDog, in 2019 and met Elliot.
A Scottish native, Elliot had been a BrewDog fan since the brewery started in 2007 and it wasn’t long before Paloma fell in love with the beer (and Elliot!).
Bags were then packed for Europe where Paloma learned everything there is to know about craft beer whilst working in BrewDog Brussels and then it was back to Scotland where, over pints of Jet Black Heart, BrewDog Denver was born.
Having been drawn to Colorado with the lure of its outdoor lifestyle and place at the forefront of the craft beer movement, we are so excited to call RiNo our home.
