BrewDog “SPACE FOR BEER” Promotion
Equity for Punks Terms & Conditions (UK)
1. Promoter
The promoter is BrewDog plc, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, AB41 8BX (“BrewDog”).
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to:
- UK residents aged 18 or over; and
- Who are current Equity for Punks shareholders at the time of entry.
Entrants must own or lease and have full permission to use the space they submit.
Employees of BrewDog, its agencies or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must fill in this form https://forms.monday.com/forms/46a6fa5489f700ebdc4cad91cf78cbea?r=use1 with:
- Details of the space(s) they are offering for BrewDog branding; and
- Their name, address, contact details and Equity for Punks shareholder number.
Entries must be received by 23:59 on 28 February 2026.
No purchase is required to enter.
4. The Promotion
This promotion gives Equity for Punks members the chance to receive free BrewDog beer in exchange for providing personal promotional or advertising space.
Spaces may include, but are not limited to:
homes, house walls, windows, fences, gardens, cars, vans, bikes,
clothing, home bars, sheds, garages, digital screens, or other personal property.
Submission of a space does not guarantee acceptance. All spaces are subject to assessment and approval by BrewDog.
5. Site Recce & Approval
Shortlisted entrants may be required to allow BrewDog or its appointed agents to visit or remotely review the proposed space (“recce”).
If BrewDog determines that a space is unsafe, unsuitable, non-compliant or not commercially viable, BrewDog may decline to proceed even if the entrant has been provisionally selected.
BrewDog’s decision is final.
6. Winners
Between 1 and 5 winners will be selected by BrewDog from all valid entries.
Winners will be chosen based on the creativity, visibility, quality and promotional value of the space(s) offered.
Selected winners will be contacted by BrewDog.
7. The Free Beer
Winners will receive free BrewDog beer which may include:
- BrewDog Punk IPA 330ml
- BrewDog Hazy Jane 330ml
- BrewDog Wingman 330ml
- BrewDog Lost Lager 440ml
- BrewDog Black Heart 440ml
The quantity allocated will be determined by BrewDog based on:
- The size, number and visibility of the approved space(s);
- The length of time branding is displayed; and
- The estimated marketing value of the exposure.
BrewDog will use an internal valuation model to calculate the amount of beer.
No cash alternative or substitutions are available.
8. Installation & Removal
BrewDog will supply, install and remove all branding materials.
- Installation window: From 23 March to 30 April 2026 (confirmed in writing).
- Removal window: 3–6 months from installation (confirmed in writing).
Winners must ensure the branding remains visible, in place and undamaged for the full campaign period.
9. Contractual Agreement
If a space is approved, the winner must enter into a written agreement with BrewDog before installation.
This agreement will cover:
- The approved space(s)
- The campaign period
- Installation and removal
- Beer allocation
- Responsibilities and liabilities
If the agreement is not signed, BrewDog may withdraw the beer and select another entrant.
10. Advertising & Legal Compliance
All branding will comply with:
- UK advertising standards
- CAP and BCAP Codes
- Local planning, housing and community rules
Branding must not:
- Be targeted at or appeal to anyone under 18
- Be placed where it is primarily visible to children
- Be installed in prohibited or restricted locations (e.g. schools, playgrounds)
Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have all required landlord, council or property permissions.
11. Liability & Property
BrewDog will take reasonable care when installing and removing branding.
BrewDog is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties, weather or misuse
Any issues must be reported immediately.
BrewDog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, goodwill, opportunity or reputation, arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the installation, display or removal of any branding.
12. Your Data
By entering, participants agree to BrewDog’s privacy policy.
Your competition data will be held by us for 12 months, after which point it will be removed from our systems.
13. General
BrewDog may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
BrewDog’s decisions are final.
This promotion is governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales.
Retailer Terms & Conditions (UK)
1. Promoter
The promoter is BrewDog plc, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, AB41 8BX (“BrewDog”).
2. Eligibility
- This competition is open to UK-based retail premises holding a valid licence to sell alcohol.
- Entrants must be the store owner, authorised manager or authorised representative of the licensed premises.
- You do not need to be an existing BrewDog stockist to enter or win.
- Employees
of BrewDog, its agencies, wholesalers or anyone professionally
connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, retailers must fill in this form: https://forms.monday.com/forms/dbb6ad7427116f699bdfbb8c0a0f7c81?r=use1 with:
- Details of the space(s) they are offering for BrewDog branding; and
- The store name, address and contact details.
- Entries must be received by 23:59 on 13 February 2026.
- No purchase is required to enter.
4. The Promotion
- The competition offers retailers the chance to receive free BrewDog stock (more details below) in exchange for providing promotional or advertising space in or around their licensed premises.
- Space examples include, but are not limited to: shop windows, shutters, fridges, floor vinyls, digital screens, counters, staff uniforms, delivery vehicles, parking spaces or fuel pumps.
- Submission of a space does not guarantee acceptance. All spaces are subject to assessment and approval by BrewDog.
5. Site Recce & Approval
- Shortlisted entrants may be required to allow BrewDog or its appointed agents to carry out a site visit (“recce”) to assess the suitability, safety and visibility of the proposed space.
- If, following a recce, BrewDog determines that the space is not suitable, safe, compliant or commercially viable, BrewDog reserves the right not to proceed, even if the entrant has been provisionally selected.
- BrewDog’s decision regarding suitability is final.
6. Winners
- 1 - 5 winners will be selected by BrewDog from all valid entries received (at the discretion of BrewDog).
- Winners will be chosen based on the creativity, prominence, quality and promotional value of the space(s) offered.
- Selected winners will be contacted by a BrewDog representative.
7. The Free Stock
- Free stock will consist of:
- BrewDog NEW Lost Lager Pint Cans
- BrewDog Cold Beer Pint Cans
- The amount of stock each winner receives will be calculated by BrewDog based on:
- The size, number and visibility of the approved space(s);
- The length of time BrewDog branding is displayed; and
- The estimated marketing value of the exposure.
- BrewDog will use an internal valuation model to determine stock allocation.
- No cash alternative or substitutions are available.
8. Installation & Removal
- BrewDog will supply, install and remove all branding materials.
- Installation window: From 23rd March – 30st April, this will be determined and outlined in a separate agreement to the participating retailer (as per the below).
- Removal window: 3 – 6 months from the install date, this will be outlined in a separate agreement to the participating retailer (as per the below).
- Winners must ensure branding remains in place, visible and undamaged for the full agreed campaign period.
9. Contractual Agreement
- If a space is approved, the winner will be required to enter into a separate written agreement with BrewDog before installation takes place.
- This agreement will set out:
- The approved space(s)
- The campaign period
- Installation and removal terms
- Stock allocation
- Responsibilities and liabilities
- If the winner refuses or fails to sign the agreement, BrewDog reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to another entrant.
10. Brand-Safe Alcohol & Advertising Compliance
- All BrewDog branding and activity will comply with:
- UK alcohol advertising standards
- The CAP and BCAP Codes
- Local authority and licensing requirements
- Branding must not:
- Be targeted at or appeal to anyone under 18
- Be placed where it would be primarily visible to children
- Appear near schools or youth-focused locations where prohibited
- Winners must ensure their premises remain compliant with all alcohol licensing conditions during the campaign.
11. Liability & Damage
- BrewDog will take reasonable care during installation and removal.
- BrewDog will not be responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties or misuse
- Winners must notify BrewDog immediately of any issues with the branding.
BrewDog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, goodwill, opportunity or reputation, arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the installation, display or removal of any branding.
12. Your Data
By entering, participants agree to BrewDog’s privacy policy.
